Charming Waterfront Cottage 35 minutes from Mont-Tremblant
Cozy charming lakefront 4 season cottage, renovated with modern conveniences set on 6 acres of land with a waterfront on Brunet Lake (Lac Brunet) and surrounded by wildlife and world renowned Laurentian landscapes.
Summer, winter, spring or fall there is always something to enjoy - adults and kids alike will have fun. Everything from swimming and boating in clean lake waters, hoping straight on the ATV trails, sliding down the natural snow hill in the winter, roasting marshmallows around a coxy fire and admiring the spectacular fall foliage - All this and more in a rustic modern chalet that will make you feel at home.
LOCATION:
A quick 10 minute drive provides easy access to groceries, a liquor store, a hardware store, Tim Hortons, and medical services and Mont Tremblant International Airport is only 20 minutes away. Yet you’ll feel miles away from it all.
The Chalet benefits from direct access to ATV trails. The Laurentians are a true paradise for off-road vehicle enthusiasts boasting over 1,820 km of trails in the winter and 1,500 km in the summer. Looking for a fun bike ride? Hop onto the P’tit Train du Nord Linear Park which runs along the Riviere Rouge Village Center only 15 minutes away. The area is well known for deer, bears, raccoons, foxes and other Laurentian wildlife.
A short 35 minute drive brings you to the famous Mont Tremblant Village with its tourist attractions, excellent golfing and the highest downhill ski mountain in Eastern Canada.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Chalet Les 3 Canards provides well appointed and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces with 2 queen rooms on the upper level and 2 family rooms in the lower level. A daybed and sofa-bed can provide additional sleeping space if needed.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you will need to prepare a gourmet meal for up to 14 people.
The great room with its large windows overlooks the lake and forest panorama and is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV and wood burning fireplace with ample firewood. Air Conditioning.
Downstairs you’ll find the game room with a second 55 inch smart TV, a daybed, a dartboard, board games, playing cards and a library.
The deck is furnished with lounging chairs, a 4 burner propane BBQ and a patio heater. Enjoy a bonfire and marshmallows at the outdoor pit under the stars or have lunch under the canopy near the lake.
The lake is ideal for swimming and water sports. 2 kayaks, 1 rowboat, 1 canoe and 1 SUP/paddle board are provided. Fishing enthusiasts can look forward to enjoying their catch of bass, trout or walleye. (2 rods provided – bait available in the Village).
