The space was decorated beautifully. Clean, comfy and cozy. The host was accommodating and responsive. The location was away from everything but close enough to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica!

Cute property. My daughter and I were traveling together and felt very safe. They were very responsive and great to work with. However,I missed the reviews about no AC - luckily our second night it was cooler, however, the first night was very hot and stuffy. My daughter’s seasonal allergies prevented us from opening the windows - so it was a complete sleepless night. And we avoided showering to prevent the heat and added humidity. This would prevent me from recommending.
