We had an amazing stay at The Grand Panama in Panama City Beach! The condo was spotless, cozy, and extremely comfortable — truly felt like a home away from home. Bonus points for the beach equipment included in the stay! The host was also wonderful with communication, making everything simple and stress-free from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

beautiful view, very calm and clean place to stay! with the provided grills, tiki bar, and provided beach equipment we had a lot of fun! the host was very easy to contact and communicated very well! the only thing i’d recommend is bring dish soap! this was our first time staying in panama through vrbo and the experience was wonderful

The view is beautiful. The condo was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils and small appliances. The bed is comfortable but could use an extra light weight blanket. The pool area and exercise room were nice and clean. I stayed a month and enjoyed every day.

Upon arrival the check in link didn’t work after an hour we finally got checked in all the while a dog had pooped in the lobby and the lady at the desk had just put two caution cone next to it and left it for maintenance to come clean up for over an hour then when we arrived the beds were still dirty with sand in them and there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed that was advertised. We had to purchase our own and leave them as I can’t fly back with a bunch of bedding. The frig was dirty as well as the shower in the hall there were sand and wrappers under the living room furniture. Both pools were cloudy and nasty and the hot tub that was located on the parking garage was covered in mold which I don’t realize until second time going in. I have pictures there was black mold around the entire hot tub it was horrible honestly for the money we paid it was very disgusting and disappointing.

Considering the condition in which these guests left our condo, I anticipated a poor review. My housekeeper specifically requested that I not rent to these guests again, and she charged me extra to clean after them because the condo was left so dirty. I would also note that when the guest was at the property, she never mentioned a word of the complaints listed in her review. I would ask potential renters to compare this review to the numerous 5-star reviews for this condo.

Wish we would have known beforehand that this room was right across from the elevators. That plus the air handler right by your head in the master bedroom plus the obstructed view made it a nightmare. We ended up not staying and drove back home

I am so sorry that you didn't enjoy your brief stay with us. This is the first time I recall anyone mentioning that elevator and the return air locations were problematic. And most of our guests rave about the view from the balcony, which is clearly depicted in my listing's pictures. I hope your next trip is more enjoyable.

This was an amazing condo. I have no complaints at all! This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed at in my family's many years of coming to the beach. The view was amazing as well great views of the beach and the strip. Even though we were across the street from the beach we could still hear the ocean from the 13th floor. Would definately rent this property again.
