Southwest-facing living room with sofa, armchairs, table, 6 chairs, and TV; access to a wooden deck equipped with a large awning and garden furniture, offering privacy from neighbors.
2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and closet, and the other with 3 90x190 beds, including a bunk bed. A travel cot is available upon request.
Linens and bedding provided.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and heated towel rack. Separate toilet.
The apartment is ideally located near the seaside, allowing you to enjoy 17 km of fine sandy beaches, numerous hiking trails, the water sports centre, the sailing club, tennis, and more...
You can also go biking (numerous bike paths), play golf, or go windsurfing.
You can also take a boat to visit Les Glénans.
Location: City centre and all shops are 1.5 km away; 10 minutes from Bénodet with its casino and thalassotherapy centre; 15 minutes from Concarneau with its walled city; 15 minutes from Quimper with its cathedral.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement situé dans un cadre verdoyant 3 minutes de l'océan ! Idéal aussi bien pour les couples comme nous (70) que pour les familles avec enfants (5 couchages). Merci à Valérie et sa fille pour le chaleureux accueil et à Valérie et son mari pour l'amical au revoir! C'était un plaisir de séjourner à Fouesnant ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Tres bon accueil et logement frais malgre la chaleur ,tres bien équipé avec jardin et voisins tres agréable. Plage à 2 pas ....il faut juste une voiture ou velo pour faire courses à Fouenant.

Logement très agréable, propreté irréprochable, équipement très complet même dans les plus petits détails et très bien situé dans une résidence calme , proche de la mer. Nous nous sommes sentis « chez nous » grâce à la décoration soignée, un panier de bienvenue très bien garni et nous avons été accueillis par des hôtes charmants et aux »petits soins «  .En résumé, malgré une météo en demi teinte, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région fertile en belles découvertes. Merci nos hôtes pour tous ces points positifs et surtout, qu’ ils ne changent rien, c est parfait !

Location parfaite,bien située, proche de la belle plage du Cap Coz Tres propre bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien Bien décorée, avec beaucoup de goût Et que dire du panier gourmand,super!!!! Les propriétaires sont trés d'agréables et accueillants Nous pensons y revenir l'année prochaine

Très bonne adresse !

Logement très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé, avec la plage au bout de la rue et de belles balades à proximité. Petit plus : un terrain de tennis et des jeux pour enfants juste à côté. Propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
