Owner was awesome with his responses. It'sa beautiful house with a beautiful view. Our first year staying on the bay side of the cape was awesome. Would recommend to anyone who truly wants to experience the bay side in comfort and absolute PEACE. Loved it.

This was our third stay at the property and this time our grandchildren were able to join us. The property with the dock was enjoyed by all and many wonderful memories were made. Our host Kyle has been fabulous to work with and we look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Bay Watchin! The house was very clean and comfortable and the view was amazing! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We launched our boat at the very beautiful state park because it was too shallow at the dock during low tide. Would definitely stay here again with our dog!

Little Slice of Paradise

This was our second time staying here and it was just as gorgeous as I remembered. The view of the bay from the porch was amazing and sitting on the dock reading my book was so peaceful.

Very responsive owner who had a repairman at house within an hour of AC issues on a Saturday night. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Wonderful propery

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We were able to fish from the dock, hang out at the beach, ride bikes and explore the Cape. The propery has great decor and is well equipped. Highly recommend!

Summer Breeze was so wonderful and the perfect accommodations for our family of 5! Kids loved the bunk beds and side yard to play in. Dock access was amazing for sunrises and relaxing on the hammock bed.Unit was very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Spectacular views of the bay from the porch and home.We’ve been visiting Cape San Blas for years and have never stayed on the bay, but it was such a nice change! Amazing sunrises over the water. Public parking for beach access was just down the road. Good central location.

Cape San blas trip

Took a boat. Fished and snorkeled. Always found plenty of places to eat. Loved the lack of traffic. Port st Joe is a nice clean town. Saw two bears. Nice park at the north end of the Cape.

Great Bayside Getaway

This was a perfect cozy home for our family of 6. The dock leading to the bay was beautiful. It and the back deck are a great place to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. House is tucked away from the road so it feels secluded, but is just a quick drive (1-2 minute drive) down the road and across the street to the trading post store for access to food, snow cone, or necessities for vacation.

Loved this bayside house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bayside retreat! It was the perfect size for my parents, my husband, and me. The house was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the dock as my brother who lives in PSJ could pick my dad up from there for fishing in the morning. We appreciate the owner sharing his home with us, and we look forward to returning!

Great house on the bay

Location was great- on the bay but we were able to walk across the street and cut thru to the beach. House was perfect for 4 of us plus the dog. Nice side yard to play football and frisbee. Enjoyed the kayaks that we used off the dock in the backyard. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

A great week in CSB!

We always love our visits to the Cape and this was our second stay at this property. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Bay access is non-negotiable for us when we visit CSB, and the dock at this property is sturdy and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. We’ll be back!

It was disappointing because scallop season was cancelled and that was the only reason we spend extra money for a dock.

Hello! I had zero control over scallop season being shortened. It’s disappointing that you reflected this in your review of my property. I take great pride in providing a 5 star experience but some things are just out of my control. I sincerely hope your group managed to still have a good vacation even without being able to scallop!

FABULOUS CSB!

We were so impressed with this property. It was so clean, perfectly comfortable for the 4 of us. Close to everything, walking distance to Weber's, Skully's and Trade Posts. Kitchen was well equipped and TVs in 3 bedrooms had every streaming service we could ever need. We will definitely be back.

Great stay on the Bay

We had a great time relaxing by the bay. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make family meals. Bay view is beautiful. If bringing a boat, it's shallow, even at high tide, but plenty of space to park and turn around if you launch daily from boat ramp. Third room is adequate for kids, but would be a challenge for adults. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this rental again. Excellent experience overall.
