Perfect location for all of the hiking we did this weekend. Terry was helpful with our minor mishap, he was great to correspond with throughout the stay.

Very well-appointed home with interesting furniture and furnishings! Rooms were clean. Updated shower and hot-tub performance would further enhance the stay.

The place was very nice but some of the beds were a little uncomfortable and the area rugs were not tacked down so we were tripping on them. Luckily noone fell. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of space for the seven of us. The hot tub and the yard area was very nice. There were lots of restaurants close by. The place had everything we needed to have nice dinners together every night. The cost was very fair and I'd recommend it for a nice getaway.

Older , but comfortable home. Kids had fun in the hot tub. Large enough for the family get together.

Comfortable and spacious property perfect for our two-family group. It was great that each child had their own BR. Great kitchen, updated and well-appointed. House is full of interesting books and objects from all over, hinting at extensive world travel. Lots of rooms and places both to gather and find private space - three floors of rooms. No central air but owner made good efforts to provide window units and fans - we were comfortable even during a mild heat wave. Outdoor area had several levels of decks and adequate seating for a larger extended family reunion get-together, again, great for our purposes and we made use of the grill. This is a quiet and lovely neighborhood and the host couldn’t have been more helpful, although he lives in Pueblo. There was an initially confusing plumbing issue with Main BR sinks (no hot water) but there were many other options in bathrooms where everything worked- minor issue Terry will be addressing. We had a wonderful time and would go there again. Location close to Broadmoor and North Cheyenne Canyon made it more special!

This is an older home with multiple living spaces and 3 levels. It is centrally located to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods.

Spacious and elegant-if you’re looking for a lovely home to spread out in this is your property. Many formal touches but a place you can be comfortable in. Terry takes very good care of you.

A lovely home!

Our family stayed 2 nights in this beautiful home. It was a perfect home near our grandson’s wedding venue. The owner met us and explained everything and made us feel welcome.

It is not often to find a large house to accommodate 10 people. This house was perfect in every way. There was plenty of areas for privacy, relaxingand group conversation. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The house was also clean! Thank you Terry

Beautiful Home

This home had everything we needed during our stay. We gave the grill a good workout several times and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Terry was always checking in to make sure there was nothing we needed. Beautifully furnished!

Wonderful stay at home near Broadmoor

We had a lovely weekend at this home which was perfectly located for our family reunion. We spent most of our time at another large home nearby but our time here was very nice. Our only complaint is that it was a bit hot upstairs. The Air conditioner in the Master Bedroom was helpful. Beautiful antiques throughout.

Owner was excellent communicator. He set up bedrooms as asked prior to arrival. He checked in to make sure things were good more than once. Home does not have central air and most windows have knobs removed. Owner did come set up 2 widow units when asked. It helped a lot on main floor, but upstairs can still be hot. Home has lots of room. Large kitchen dinning area for small group entertaining. Hot tub is not functional (at least not yet for season).

Nice family home close to Broadmoor

Very pleasant home in a nice neighborhood with lots of wildlife (deer and rabbits visited the yard on multiple occasions) and nearby wilderness. Host communicated well, met us at the house and personally went through the home's features and idiosyncrasies. It worked well for our family of six to explore the Colorado Springs area, while being convenient to a conference we were attending at the Broadmoor Resort, which was only a couple minutes away.

Charming home

We stayed for two nights whole in the area for a family reunion. The house is located near wonderful natural attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou. We used the hot tub both nights. Plenty of room to sleep 8 adults and the two kids. The kids loved the charm of this older home. There was a cool unexpected bonus in that a local business has 4 full size Transformer robots so we had to stop for pictures! Watch for them on Cimmeron (Hwy 24) on the way to Old Town Colorado. Very nice place to stay.
