☀Resort Fee: A separate $90 resort fee plus tax & fees is to be paid directly to LakeTown Wharf resort for wristbands and parking passes for 2 vehicles. A link will be sent to your cell phone before your arrival date to complete this check-in process.
☀ Guest Count: Please enter the exact number of guest count.
☀AGE Requirement: Reserving Guest must be at least 18 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
☀No visitors policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the property and the resort does not allow visitors of guests.

Guests can help by keeping all doors/windows closed, disposing off trash and storing food in a responsible & hygienic manner.

Central location, Great Host

Beulah does such a great job with communication and preparing you for the trip with great suggestions for food and fun. Plenty of room with lots to see right out the door! Clean and feels like home. Definitely a place to stay in the heart of Panama City Beach and get the beach vacation feel!

Great Vacation Rental!

Galilee Boat is a great condo. It feels so spacious and bright, and it is very comfortable. We love the view of the beach and water from the balcony, and the walk to the beach is very short. The pools on the north side of the building are great, but the kiddie pool really could use some upgrading or refreshing. Beulah does such an excellent job with keeping up communication and even checking in to make sure all was well. We had a great experience here and I hope we get to go back again!

perfect paradise

This condo was awesome. Very clean and lots of room.. The master bathroom was big and beautiful. The view from the 14th floor was amazing. The beach was just right across the street. The owner, Beulah, was very kind and helpful. Plenty of sleeping space for 8. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. The only thing I think it might could use would be 1 large frying pan and maybe a few more towels and washcloths. Every thing else was great!!!

Hi Carol, Thank you so much for this first review on VRBO since we started hosting guests only recently. Hopefully, other guests will read reviews and we can start having more bookings from quality guests like you :) I now have frying pans (both large & medium sizes). As for the towels, we provide a total of 8 (1 towel per guest). While 2 towels are kept hanging on the towel racks in each bathroom, 2 more are kept folded inside the lower bathroom cabinets, which sometimes guests miss opening. We really enjoyed hosting your family and hope to see you again very soon!!

Christmas away from home

This was our second Christmas away from home staying in Beulah‘s condo. It was just as magnificent as the first time three years ago! The sights, and sounds from the balcony are absolutely perfect, and the condo has all the amenities you will need. While we did come during the off-season, and we did have to deal with construction during the stay, the lower pools and hot tubs were open and available, and quite welcoming during this unusually cold Christmas! Beulah is always a wonderful host! This stay was no different than our last, and we intend to come again in the future! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation base of operation, Beulah!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Cleaning crew was still there after check in time, washing machine needed a new belt, king size bed was VERY uncomfortable, and cleaning lady banging on door before checkout. There is also a ring doorbell which I personally didn't like...felt like host was trying to keep an eye out on guests. Also we got blamed,charged for breaking the kitchen trash can. 100% sure we did not rip the bottom of it off. Host said refund of bonus would be within 15 days....that was a lie. Property.....the elevators are HORRIBLE!!! HOT, STINK, CROWDED and take forever!!

First off, we thank Shelby for choosing our beach condo for celebrating her birthday. Shelby was very happy that rates were awesome especially when they had not had a vacation in a very long time. I kept in touch throughout the stay, and she had nothing but very positive things to say throughout. In her own words some of her texts were…”You are an outstanding host…” and “We LOVE your condo” and never had any complaints during her stay. As a special birthday treat to her, we even offered her a drink on us. Right after Shelby’s group checked out, our cleaners found a broken kitchen trash can and took photos of the damage which we shared with Shelby for adjustments against the security deposit. It is unfortunate that such a simple damage situation with a broken kitchen trash can upset her. She refused to accept the breakage, which eventually caused this very emotional review. Her words were ...“I highly doubt that but it's whatever”. She went further to state that the cleaners had broken the trash can. Shelby happened to arrive during one of the busiest months of the year at the beach. Cleaners were busy that day and were almost finishing up when she checked in, and they left in about 5-10 mins. We heard nothing about the washer or else we would have sent our maintenance person to check it. Nor did we hear anything about the Master bed while she stayed. In fact, we recently upgraded to a tempur-pedic branded mattress that guests have absolutely loved so far. Check-out time is 10am and the cleaners knocked on the door after the checkout time and her group happened to be still inside when they knocked. It is a standard practice for cleaners to knock loud and solid as it is hard for anyone inside to hear especially when guests could be at the balcony. They mean no disrespect, and it is really to be heard with the beach noises and sound of waves. Shelby did not notify us that she needed more time for checkout or else we would have considered it as we always do if our cleaners’ schedules permit. We fully disclose the presence of an outside security Ring camera, and it is also mentioned in the Welcome document. The elevators in high rise resorts can be less than pleasant during busy season. We apologize if the elevators caused any inconvenience, but we really don’t have control over this situation. This is something that we are taking up with the resort management hoping to get addressed soon. Our guests have thanked us for elevators tips in the guest Welcome document and we provide a courtesy heads up on the elevators situation ahead of guests stay so they can be better prepared. Our listing clearly says we will refund the security deposit within 15 days if there are no damages. Unfortunately, the stainless-steel kitchen trash can was broken during their stay and we were in the process of getting a replacement and adjusting it against the deposit as a minor damage. Any of our guests will vouch for how we have handled the deposits promptly. We are a ‘Premier Host’ for a reason as we value integrity and business ethics and always make sure that our dear guests have a memorable vacation wanting to come back again with a great experience from a hospitable host! All I can say is OMG the stay was amazing! And the hostess Beulah went over and above to make sure of that, she was always available for reach. I really appreciated that. Check in was 4:00 pm. Beulah allowed my family to put our things in the condo early and she also let us check in a hour early. The condo was very clean and a nice view of the beach from the balcony. Over all I give this unit and hostess a 5 star rating. I will be contacting Beulah when in Panama City…..

We had a lot of fun at the beach.

The only thing we can say that we weren’t prepared for was the elevator situation. We had to use the steps a lot (we were on the 14th floor). Or you had to wait for along time to get on the elevator. Our host was very helpful and stayed in contact with us throughout the week.

Above and beyond

Condo was beautiful with excellent views. A ton of stuff to do with the family. There are not enough words to express how great Beulah is. She went above and beyond to ensure my family was going to have a great experience!! Definitely will be back

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. One thing to note is the stand up shower is very slippery. It was a great location, directly across from Pineapple Willy’s, very short stroll to the beach, and lots of pools to choose from. Our only slight negative would have been the elevators were very, very busy. Such a great place to stay! Would consider rebooking this in the future!

BEST place to stay in Panama City Beach!!! Phenomenal property owners, with a real "homey" condo!!!

Beuhlah was so easy to work with. We stayed at her condo for a total of 14 nights over the Christmas and New Years holidays, and we couldn't have been happier. She even arranged for us to borrow a Christmas tree to put up in the condo, which REALLY made our Christmas celebration feel more like home! The resort, Laketown Wharf Resort, seems to be very well maintained. There are five pools on the property, and two pretty large hot tubs to accompany many guests. We used them almost every day we were there! Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions and it being the offseason, many of the resort amenities were closed, even the luggage carts were not available! That would be our only real complaint, but that does not reflect any wrongdoing by the owners. There were NO resort restaurants open, including the candy shop. The ever popular Pineapple Willies, which is located right across the street from the resort, was also closed. However, we did find that there were many excellent choices still available to choose from for a nice dinner out! We had the best tasting seafood at Uncle Ernie's Bayfront Grill, with a beautiful view of the water! I would also recommend the Shrimp Basket for a nice, inexpensive place to eat! Thank you, Beulah, for offering such a nice place to vacation! The condo had a wonderful beach view, and there were even lots of games to play with our daughter, and many books to read as well! It truly felt like a home away from home, without that "sterile" environment that many other condos offer. We will definitely be back again! ~ This review was provided by Irish and Julie Spring

Hi Julie, We really enjoyed hosting your family during the Christmas holidays. The condo looked so festive with all the pretty Christmas decorations your family set up. So glad you enjoyed the Christmas tree and Maggie looked so excited! I'm actually writing this response from the condo. Yes! this is our second beach home and so it is set up with everything we (and our guests) would need while staying here to relax :) Each time we come here, our kids bring they favorite games and books that keep adding to the collection, so next time you should have more to enjoy :) Sorry that some of the resort amenities were restricted :( Hopefully COVID will end someday soon and we can all enjoy like normal times. Perfect!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous! Great view, super close to everything. The only thing you need to bring is your bathing suit! It has a full kitchen and plenty of room! You won’t be disappointed!! We will be back.

My stay was Wonderful, so much space, and so luxurious...Book IT You will be in Paradise. The view is breathtaking. The master suite is extremely comforting...The hostess made me feel like family, beyond accommodating... BOOK IT

Beautiful Condo At Panama City Beach

Very very satisfied with this condo! Such a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Very spacious, clean, super cute decorated condo. Our family was very pleased. The owner was very sweet and helpful as well. Check in process was very easy. Overall we definitely had a great trip. We will definitely be back ☺️

Visiting Paradise

The location is perfect--condo is perfect for 6 people with additional sofa bed if needed--all of the amenities that a family would need--balcony is fantastic--large with amazing views of the beach and owner is friendly and tries to help in any way possible--we would definitely try to stay here again!It was very clean the decor made me feel like I was living the salt life if only for a few day.

Hello! My name is Beulah and I am so glad to be your vacation host. I always wanted to do something fun that bring smiles on faces ....especially in these interesting times last few years! Outside my full time IT corporate job, my husband and I really enjoy hosting families vacation to enjoy and relax. It's been a long journey for me, but I am very thankful to God and many good people along the way, for helping me become an Premier HOST! We are truly blessed to now host 2 properties - our beach vacation condo at Panama City Beach, Florida and also our spacious Cozy Cabin at Ellijay, North Georgia Mountains, GA. We put a lot of care, attention and love in both these homes, so it's a 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME' we want our dear guests to truly experience. Each of these properties are unique - our beach home is a little piece of paradise on the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, and the cabin has it's own tranquility and unique mountain charm!
