Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Beach House in Sand Piper subdivision close to restaurants, entertainment, The Big Store and Golf Cart Rental. Home features a stunning 2 story Living Room open to the Kitchen and Dining Area. Master with King bed and private bath (shower/tub and double sinks). Half Bath and Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms & one bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks. Each bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 (queen bed & twin xl bunk beds in each upstairs room). Enjoy the spacious deck or the downstairs pick nick area & swings with your loved ones. Let this be your next get away.

The pool and beach were excellent. The house was very accommodating for the 11 of us. Kitchen had everything you need, which was great, because we did a lot of cooking. The only negative, was the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable. Would like to return.

We loved the house we stayed in it was very clean, it had everything we needed. It was close to the beach which we loved, the property manager was very nice and they answer questions in a quick manner. Overall it was a great experience definitely we will be comimg back soon!

Great Property, well-managed

We had a wonderful experience! The house was great and very equipped. I loved the fact that we did not have to bring towels at all - beach towels or any other. The kitchen had anything you could need/want! The balcony was amazing and the perfect morning coffee spot. The mosquitoes were so bad when we were there that we didn’t get to enjoy the space below the house. But, the hose and outdoor shower were great for rinsing sand from the beach and to each the golf carts! We did have our AC condensate and leak a bit inside, but the property management was quick to get an AC repairman out to clear the clogged drain line and ensure we were not without cold AC for any of our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Looks great from the outside. Disappointed on the inside. Floors are in bad shape. Was not fully cleaned when checked in. Food crumbs on countertops. Feminine products left in trash cans in bathrooms. Highly unsanitary. No WiFi service. Would not recommend property to any of my friends.

Dorothy, We appreciate your feedback. We have never had such a review like this and will immediately address this with our cleaning company. We wish you would have notified us of this upon your arrival and we would have sent the maid service back out immediately. Please understand that internet service is beyond our control and that during holiday weekends in Boliver/Crystal Beach WiFi is in high demand and is all connected by satellite. We had 2 WiFi services set up. You should have been able to connect to one of them, if not both, by signing back on to the network. If you were having a connection issue, you should have given us a call or shoot us a text or email. As discussed with your son in law, we just installed the StarLink system, you were the first to use it. Once power is restored to the Boliver/Crystal Beach area, we will connect to the server and download the usage and connection history from your stay to see what might have happened. Despite the issues, We hope you enjoyed your stay and made lasting memories. Wishing you the best. Prudence Wise

Amazing!

We booked this property rather last minute and took off!! It was a amazing property and gorgeous! Easy to book and communicate with manager. Close to the beach, we rented a golf cart and was only like a 3 min drive to beach on private roads.

Family vacay

The home was wonderful and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The owner was easy to contact. My only complaint would be the poor housekeeping. The furniture was very dusty, refrigerator dirty, windows and counters tops were dirty. The owner was notified and promptly advised she would send over housekeeping to clean better. I appreciated that offer but had already unloaded and tidied up myself. The home is close to the beach and easy access with a golf cart. It’s a wonderful home.
