Updated Cottage on 30A, Short Walk to Beach

Located on scenic county Highway 30A, Happenstance is recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. Perfect for families, friends, or a personal getaway, this home in Blue Mountain Beach is just a short 8 minute walk to the white Florida sandy beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Prior to arrival, guests will be provided with a key code to enter our home. As hosts, we are just a phone call, email, or text away to ensure your stay at Happenstance is unforgettable.

Our home consists of three bedrooms, with one and a half bathrooms. The Master has a King bed, television, and an adjacent half bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with a television and the third bedroom contains two bunk beds. In total, the home sleeps 8 guests.

Additional features include an outdoor shower, fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, Disney Plus, Spotify, Hulu, and YouTube TV provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, regular coffee pot, blender, toaster and microwave. Outside the home, a charcoal grill is provided, as well as plenty of seating.

We have exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. Note: The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy.
