Unique 6 Bedroom All Ensuite Villa in Algarve+Heated Pool (on request)

6-bedroom villa, perfect for those looking for the ideal spot. In this villa, you will have all that you need, with 6 bedrooms, all with private bathroom (5 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), plus 1 sofa bed and 1 extra single bed. It features an equipped kitchen and a unique outside area where you can enjoy your holidays just hearing the birds around you, with a fantastic barbecue area.

This villa includes a football camp, volleyball beach area, ping pong table, private pool, and free Wi-Fi. All that you see in the pictures is completely private. Definitely one of the most beautiful places in Algarve.

This villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 persons. The pool can be heated for an extra €350 per week (optional and needs to be requested at least 3 days before).

We have just returned from a fantastic week (we are a group of friends over 50 in age ) everything about this holiday has been easy - Isobel has kept in touch all the way and made everything stress free - we had to arrange an online shop which arrived before us and Isobel was there to receive it - when we arrived it was all put away - an amazing thing to do for us - the Villa itself is gorgeous -everything is top notch -the perfect place to chill in the sun - we found taxis easy to arrange and there is uber eats available for shopping top ups - we didn’t have car hire and it still super easy -we would love to return as for us this was a perfect holiday

Overall impression was very positive with both adults and children having a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful and the layout excellent in terms of living area to kitchen, to barbecue to pool, easy to keep an eye on children. Football pitch and volleyball area were both used. Outside seating areas were great for morning coffee and evening watching the sun go down.Only negatives, barbecue grill and tray needs replaced and maybe upgrade the sun beds. Apart from that, best villa holiday we have had. Would recommend to others.ThanksBilly

Lovely villa in beautiful landscaped gardens. Spacious living and eating area and well proportioned bedrooms. We chose this villa because we could watch the children playing in the pool from the house.

Family reunion

Brilliant luxury villa and grounds that provided lots of entertainment for all ages. We flew in from UK, Ireland and Australia for a reunion and the villa was perfect for everyone - lots of space, beautiful pool, lots of shaded seating areas for a bit of peace too. Need a car at least for food shopping but otherwise Ubers cheap to get in and out of town (but we couldnt wait to get back to the villa!)

Beautiful Property

The pictures do not do the property justice and the grounds are absolutely superb. The property is well kitted out with all the utensils you’ll need and plenty of different fridges to store food and drinks. You definitely need a car as the property is off the beaten track and there are no restaurants within walking distance - we hired a couple of cars for c200 each for 2 weeks and used them for airport runs, shopping and golf trips. Uber is cheap though and only 5 to local tapas bars, c10 into Albufeira and 18 to Vilamoura so we used them in evenings so everyone could have a drink.Isabel and Carlos were very responsive and when we had air conditioning issues they came in same day and replaced with 3 new units the following day. Would recommend for large groups and great base for Albufeira, Vilamoura and related golf and beaches

Great facilities.

Lots of outdoor space for children to play safely. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, but they needed replacing. The bedrooms were fine, main suite particularly spacious. Bedlinen was not good quality for standard of villa. All other facilities up to expectations. Would recommend for large family group. We were 6 adults & 4 children and it was perfect for that.

An Exceptional Retreat: Modern Villa with Heated Pool and Welcoming Host

I recently stayed with my family and had a fantastic experience. The host Carlos was incredibly friendly and was there to greet us at the property upon our arrival, despite us being a bit late. Carlos was very accommodating and helped us with any questions we had. The highlight of the stay was definitely the heated swimming pool, which was available at an additional cost but well worth it. The surroundings of the villa were stunning, and the property itself was modern and beautifully maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this villa to others.

Incredible Villa !

This villa was incredible !. From the moment you drive up to the gates and into the grounds. Its huge, so spacious and well maintained. The football pitch, volleyball court, swimming pool immaculate. The villa is open planned and has everything you need. If your looking for a villa we really cant recommend this more. The location is a bit remote, 5 minutes drive to shops, bars and restaurants. You need a car to get to anywhere. Apart from this very minor point the villa is 5star

Birthday celebrations

We spent a week in October celebrating special birthdays with family. The villa was amazing we had a party of 13 including children of various ages. There was plenty of bedroom space to accommodate everyone. The inside of the villa was of a very high standard. There were everything needed to make meals and a bbq. We ate in most evenings. The outside of the villa was very well kept. And lots of things for the children and adults. Great football pitch, volley ball and table tennis. The pool area was sheltered by trees. The pool can be heated for an extra cost Plenty of sunbeds. This was a great holiday and would highly recommend a stay in this villa. The host Isabel and team were great. Answering any questions we had. We will definitely visit this villa again

Perfecte accommodatie

Het was echt een geweldige vakantie. Mijn vrienden en ik hebben 8 dagen genoten. Superfijn huis met mooie slaapkamers en veel badkamers, allemaal heel modern en onderhouden. En het terrein wat je erbij hebt is echt bizar! Het voetbalveld, zwembad en de vele zitplaatsen. Al met al echt geweldig!

Perfect verblijf!

Fantastische villa! Veel ruimte in en om de villa. We hadden geen omkijken naar de kids, zij vermaakten zich op het voetbalveld en in het zwembad. Het zwembad heeft een ondiepe en diepe kant, dus voor alle leeftijden leuk. Het ligt afgelegen, voor ons geen enkel probleem. Handdoeken en strandlakens aanwezig. Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader voor zowel gezinnen als vriendengroepen!

Nice family house

We stay here for 1 week with 6 adults and 7 children(from 0 - 14y). We asked to heat the pool and especially for the children the temperature was nice (last week of April). Due to the open kitchen with a lot of glass, we have a good view on the pool. The pool has different levels, the small kids could play in the first part. Inside the house, there was a lot of space and good rooms and bathrooms. Outside the garden is nice with a football field and a batminton field in a real quit and nice area. We made nice daytrips in the direct area with nice beaches and walkways. a was a pleasure to be there.

Super Villa mit Abstrichen

Super Villa mit viel Platz innen und aussen. Etwas abgelegen, dafür aber mit riesigem Aussenbereich mit unter anderem Fussballplatz, Beachvolley, Baumhaus, Pool, Terrasse mit grossem Tisch und BBQ. Innen gibt es eine gut ausgestattete moderne Küche und viele Schlafgelegenheiten. Kritikpunkte gibt es vor allem bei der Einrichtung und dem Mobiliar, das erneuert werden müsste (Stühle innen, Liegestühle, Matratzen, Duschköpfe, Aussendusche, etc., etc.). Einige zusätzliche Extras wie z.B. Sitzkissen für die kalten Steinbänke aussen, Bälle oder auch noch Zubehör für den Pool würden der Villa auch noch gut tun. Ausserdem war der Pool nicht beheizt (Extra Kosten von über 200 EUR für eine Woche heizen!). Auf den Jacuzzi hatten wir uns besonders gefreut, der war leider ausser Betrieb (zwar mit Wasser befüllt und beheizt jedoch nicht gereinigt). Die meisten Attraktionen und Hotspots der Algarve sowie auch der Flughafen Faro sind meist in rund 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus!

Die Villa ist einfach der Wahnsinn und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Mit viel Liebe für Details in Haus und Garten wurde dieses Ferienhaus gestaltet. Wir hatten nicht wirklich etwas zu beanstanden. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war fast ohne Makel. Das Haus ist günstig für Unternehmungen, Einkäufe gelegen und auch nur ca. 35 Min. vom Flughafen Faro entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig! Die Fotos spiegeln den Zustand und die Schönheit der Villa absolut wieder! Wir beneiden schon jetzt die kommenden Gäste um ihre Zeit vor Ort. Ein besonderer Gruß an Isabel von der wir uns sehr gut betreut fühlten! Die Villa bekommt eine absolute Empfehlung von meinen Freunden und mir!

Superbe villa pour passer des vacances au top!

Super villa pour des vacances entre amis. Nous étions 10, et tout était parfait. La villa est très grande et spacieuse. Les chambres sont grandes. Les infrastructures exterieurs sont au top : piscine, jaccuzzi, terrain de foot, terrain de volley, barbecue exterieur. La propriété est vraiment grande et il n'y a pas de voisinage. La villa est située à 15minutes d'albufeira, 40minutes de Faro. Je recommande fortement cette villa.

Amazing

We had a fantastic week at the villa, it has everything you could possibly need. Huge grounds with a big pool area, table tennis, football pitch and lots of space in the villa. We had 11 staying and it was more than big enough to accommodate us all. You do need a car if you stay here as its 5 minutes drive to the supermarket, 15 minutes to Albufeira and 25 minutes to Vilamoura. Isabel and her team were very good and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
