Location trÚs bien située à 10mn à pieds de la plage et du centre La terrasse vue sur mer est un vrai plus Monia trÚs disponible et trÚs agréable ainsi que la propriétaire TrÚs belles vacances sous le soleil du Lavandou

excellent emplacement

l'appartement conforme à la description, mais nous avons subi des températures caniculaires et malheureusement pas de clim. un ventilateur au plafond seulement dans le salon. De ce fait, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier les chambres et dormir convenablement. Dommage pour un appartement à ce tarif. Plage et centre ville à proximité, c'est bien appréciable.

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht, aber der Rest....

Die Lage der Wohnung sowie die Aussicht sind Klasse. Ebenso, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Wir haben knapp 3000,00€ fĂŒr zwei Wochen bezahlt und haben die Wohnung ziemlich dreckig vorgefunden. Es gab Geschirr mit Essensresten, schimmligen Kaffeefilter, schwarze Dreckschicht auf dem Ventilator usw. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte kein funktionierendes Licht. Die Wohnung fĂŒr den Preis anzubieten ist in unseren Augen eine Frechheit! Außerdem gibt es lediglich zwei schmale Betten Ă 1,40 cm 1,60cm, so dass die Wohnung fĂŒr 4 Leute nicht geeignet ist. Der Balkon hat zudem nur eine Sonne liege und befindet sich in einem ungepflegten Zustand.Vom der Etage ĂŒber uns tropfte jeden Abend eine halbe Stunde Wasser, das war ziemlich störend. Vielleicht scheint es pingelig, aber fĂŒr den Preis erwarten wir mehr!

La vue
la proximité de la ville tout en étant au calme

Bel appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et en bon Ă©tat.. (Rarement vu une machine Ă  glaçons dans une location !!) superbe vue panoramique sur la baie, centre ville Ă  5min Ă  pied. Parking privĂ© bien utile. 2 bĂ©mols : peu de rangements (pas de penderie juste quelques cintres Ă  un crochet) et surtout pas de clim. Il a fait 35deg toute la semaine et si le ventilateur de plafond fait son travail cĂŽtĂ© terrasse, impossible de ventiler le fond de l’appartement et la petite chambre. C’est dommage car les nuits sont pĂ©nibles par ces fortes chaleurs. Mais c’est vraiment un appart sympa. Avec une clim ou hors pĂ©riodes de grosses chaleurs , c’est Ă  louer sans hĂ©sitations.

Wohnung mit schöner Lage zum Strand (5 Minuten Gehweg). Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Schöne Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Gerne wieder.

TrÚs contents de notre séjour

Appartement trĂšs confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les Ăźles du Levant. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s. Merci Ă  Mme Gavard pour ses petites attentions Ă  notre arrivĂ©e : Eau fraĂźche, citronnade, quelques fruits et petites choses dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. La prĂ©sence du ventilateur dans la salle nous a bien rafraĂźchit par fortes chaleurs et peut-ĂȘtre qu'une climatisation pour la chambre serait utile Ă  ces moments lĂ . Literie est impĂ©cable. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour pour nous, Ă  5 -10 minutes du port et de la plage, que demander de mieux !

Il faudrait absolument du WIFI dans l'appartement. il faudrait également une deuxiÚme clé pour l'ouverture de la porte en bas. Sinon appartement trÚs agréable. Une superbe vue et pas loin des commerces! Merci
