Bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et au port mais toutes les vues donnent sur un parking soit de la résidence soit d’un magasin Carrefour...bruyant.

La résidence a un parking gratuit est sécurisé à l’intérieur ce qui est apprécié par tous mes hôtes surtout en haute saison la proximité avec le Carrefour est un plus puisqu’on peut faire les courses à pieds. Et si on veut un autre environnement il y’a des logements vue mer, dans la forêt ou dans les collines…

Het appartement ligt op een goede plek, op loopafstand van strand, boulevard winkels. Het is een groot appartement met een fijne 2 persoons slaapkamer. Goed bed, kastruimte voor hang en leggen van je kleding, airco en rolluiken (wat fijn is voor het slapen) Er is nog een kamer waar een bed in staat, uit te schuiven naar 2 personen. Dan is de kamer ook vol. Geen kast, raam. Het is een omgebouwde inloopkast.Een grote woonkamer met een bank die te gebruiken is als bed. Geen kast voor kleding, witte gordijnen (dus licht). Een keukenblok met gaskookstel, magnetron, grote koelkast en nespresso machine. Tafel met 5 stoelen, salontafel en 1 rietenstoel. Ook hier airco. Badkamer met douchecabine en wastafel. En een ruime met wastafel, wc, wasmachine.

appart. agréable, accessible en fauteuil roulant, souplesse heures arrivées et départ

L'annonce mentionnait 2 chambres, il y avait une belle chambre , le 2ème lieu pour dormir n'était pas une chambre, mais un dressing dans lequel etaient installés 2 lits, sans fenètre avec portes coulissantes laissant passer tous les bruits de l'immeuble .Communication difficile avec la propriétaire pour permettre l'accès à l'appartement .

Super séjour

Appartement vaste et vraiment très bien placé. Plage et port accessibles à pied en 10mn. La piste cyclable qui fait le bord de mer peut être rejointe en 5mn. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a su être arrangeante et qui est réactive. Le seul petit bémol concerne la possibilité de ranger les vélos qui est assez limitée. Les emplacements sont peu nombreux et le gardien, moyennement aimable, interdit toute autre option si les emplacements sont pris (ce qui était le cas avec des vélos dégonflés et jamais utilisés qui bloquaient bêtement les emplacements)

Bel appartement

Agréable appartement, très lumineux, spacieux, proche des plages, du centre ville et du carrefour, ce qui n’est pas négligeable. Nous remercions chaleureusement Dahbia pour son accueil et sa communication. Une petite étoile en moins pour l’insonorisation. sinon, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Court séjour de 2 nuits chez Dahbia. Logement bien équipé et bien situé, au calme à 10 mn du centre. Supermarché juste en face. Parking privé appréciable.
