Close to market & Medieval church, fish market and village of William the Conqueror of Dives sur Mer. 15 min drive from Deauville Trouville. 30 minutes from Caen and the landing beaches. 3 bedrooms upstairs, sleeps 8 (including 1 convertible sofa) 2 bathrooms 2 WC garden 250m2 terrace 36 m2, laundry room with 1 outdoor parking space in the garden, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso, Weber barbecue electric etc. Quiet, very bright and wooded. You will be lulled by the song of birds and your giant swimming pool awaits you 5 minutes walk away: the sea.
