Unwind in coastal style at our enchanting beachside home! Comfortably sleeps 10, with an open, accessible floor plan (including an elevator), fenced backyard, EV charging station, and spacious balconies with Gulf views.

The beach is a short, very safe walk from the house—no roads to cross! Ask us about renting our custom golf cart at a discounted rate.

Great for business trips, too, with high-speed internet and EV fast charging included!

From the gleaming gourmet-ready kitchen to the marble shower, this rental presents a higher-end Gulf Coast retreat that’s less than a ten-minute stroll to the sand and surf. (Check out our images to get a better sense of the distance!)

Accessible features include an elevator, a shower with handlebars, and lowered sinks. The minimum door width for all downstairs doors is 30.5 inches.

Traveling with a large group? We also have five other identical properties if you need more space or if this one is reserved. Bring your pup, too! We're dog friendly with a $100 pet fee, and they love our big, fully fenced and grassy backyard.

We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicles to fast charge at no additional cost. Just remember to bring your charging cable.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Gulf views greet you on the sweeping 300 sq. ft. balcony. Sink into comfortable wicker furniture with a cold beverage in the sea-salt breeze. The romantic upper balcony overlooks Swan Lake, and the extended concrete slab below the house is perfect for entertaining—the grill/smoker combo is ready and waiting.

COASTAL CHIC

Here in Surfside, you get the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach town and a luxe beach house to come back to after a day of exploring. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home!

Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste).

The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or YouTube TV for a relaxing movie night.

3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS

Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV!

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4).

Your Surfside Beach stay will be seamless: A full laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower add to the amenities. Beach gear galore lets you make the most of our excellent Gulf-side location!

Surfside Beach house

Our family of 6 and fur babies had an amazing vacation. The house was prefect for us and I recommend this property. The location was great ! Having access to the golf cart rental was a blast as well. We will definitely rent from the Britt family again in the future !

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay at this beach rental. Completely amazed at the cleanliness and the views are great. I am highly grateful for wheelchair accessible rentals, and this definitely exceeded expectations. Loved it!

Very nice place near the beach.

Place was very nice, clean and a short walk from the beach. House was decently stocked which essentials like cookware, spices, towels and cleaning supplies. Elevator was very useful for our older family member. Beach area was nice. Plenty of restaurants and similar stores nearby, coffee place just a few yards away. Neighbors were quiet at night. A great place to bring a family.

Great stay with family over Christmas

The property was really nice! It was very clean and well stocked. The lift was a lifesaver! You won’t be sorry or disappointed if you choose this property. The owners response time was excellent as well. The beach was just a short walk down the street. Our Christmas vacation at the beach was just what we all needed.

Lovely Cabin

We were extremely pleased with the property. It was quite lovely and having grown up down there, I know what some of the beach houses look like and yours was beyond par. It is perfect for a couple or two. Very clean!!! The elevator was a must, due to my mother being 92 as well as hauling heavy items up to the cabin. We will be back.

Great Summer Stau

In response to the COVID pandemic, we rented a house from the Britt Family for the month of July 2020. It allowed us to socially distance on the beach while getting to safely enjoy a summer vacation with our family and 2 dogs. We had a great time and really loved the house. It’s so close to restaurants and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for me. The Britt Family was so accommodating, and the house is beautiful. We will definitely stay there again for future vacations.

Best Beach House Ever

This was by far, the most beautiful beach house we have stayed at! We have rented beach houses in Florida, San Diego, and Galveston. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The living area and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, too. You can see the beach from this house. The third floor had incredible views. It was a walk or short drive away from a few favorite restaurants. They also have an elevator!! My mom is 88 years old and was able to come with us. It was very easy for her to get around. Our family will rent here again!!!

Ahhhhmazing!

I have 2 elderly dogs who dislike stairs but love the beach. The elevator was a fabulous idea! Not only did it helo with the dogs, but, it helped with unloading the luggage!! The home was beautiful and very well appointed! The hosts were easy to contact and were quick to respond. It was just a short walk to the beach and very close to delicious restaurants! One was in walking distance and the others were just a short drive in the golf cart. I will definitely be back!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

Having the exterior elevator and access to a golfcart were big reasons for choosing this home. The house was great. Proximity to the beach and places to eat, buy supplies and crabbing we're just right. The only thing that could improve was the house water. Smelled of sulfur so showering was rough. We knew we needed bottled water to drink but unaware of the water smell. This is the ONLY thing that brought overall rating to a 4. Great communication with the Britt family. They checked in on us and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Beach House

This property listing on the website doesn’t tell you everything to expect once you get to the house . We were surprised to find many issues with the house . Luckily the management was responsive and tried to fix some of the issues during our stay . With that being said , here is what you can expect . Pros : close to beach Golf cart Close to coffee shop Good working AC Private parking Elevator for luggage Cons: Water smelled like rotten eggs Front door keypad doesn’t work Mold in upstairs bathroom Property wasn’t cleaned well Beds are not comfortable

Amazing property and location!

Our Thanksgiving week at this property was exceptional. The entire property is just perfect. The house is so clean and comfortable and has plenty of space for 4 adults 2 kids and our 2 dogs. We especially appreciated the lift to get all our luggage up to the house. The fenced-in yard and gate on the terrace to keep kids and dogs contained from downstairs. The camera system set up on our cars for security. Everything! The house had everything and more to make our stay so comfortable. A lovely kitchen to cook in, blankets for snuggling on the sofa, we could not have asked for anything more. The location was also just perfect. The ocean view from the terrace, the restaurants within walking distance. This truly was a dream find. Even when we had a wifi glitch I messaged the Britt Family and they responded and then called me within 10 minutes. The service and attention were just amazing. We thank you for a wonderful week and we cannot wait to return in the future.

Beach Stay

Overall, the location and amenities were great for a beach house. Close to the beach (about a 3 minute walk) and restaurants/convenience stores. The quality of the water was not communicated in the listing and should be communicated before you arrive. You do not know about this until you read informational binder at the property or if you know the area/city. Discussed this with the management company and maintenance was sent out to clear sewage smell of water. Water is not drinkable and shower/sink water smelled like sewage. The smell went away for about 2 days before it came back. Host did offer refund due to this. Maintenance showed up unexpectedly without notice asking to move our cars to get out a golf cart for another property. We were not notified of this and Maintenance stated that message was sent to the wrong property. Overall, has all of the basic amenities that you need for the beach and 3 families with little children all had a great time at the property.

Fall Retreat

The pictures and descriptions are exactly as described on the listing. Everything felt so familiar when we arrived. Our hosts were so prompt in responding to any of our questions and glitches--wish they lived at our house at home! We had a great time exploring the beach on the golf cart, discovering new places to eat and new to us landscape and area. The elevator is such a plus in loading and unloading luggage and especially with a husband on a walker. We would totally recommend this listing to anyone for a great get-away. Thank you Britts.

Wonderful Gulf Beach eExcursion

Nice property with ease of access to the beach and other necessities. The lift was absolutely necessary for one of our party members who could not climb stairs. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend.

End of Summer Trip

Our family had a wonderful time at Surfside and this property helped make our trip even more perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked, plenty of room, and a great location. We also rented the golf cart and it made it super easy to run back and forth to the beach and area restaurants, etc. We will definitely book again!

Adorable Beach House!

This was my first time to rent through VRBO. The process was very easily. The owner was awesome to deal with. She answered to all my questions quick. The beach house was so adorable. The owner had so many extra things for us that was really thoughtful such as binoculars, portable speakers, beach chairs, etc. We opted to rent the golf cart and I'm so glad we did. It made going to and from the beach a breeze. From having plenty of towels to even having a container of filtered water waiting in the refrigerator- they really thought of everything.
