Located in this sought-after Emerald Coast paradise, Crawdaddy Casa is a refurnished vacation home with all the best for your beach getaway. It boasts five bedrooms, three and a half baths, incredible living space, ample parking, and a private pool. All in all, this rental can accommodate up to 18 guests.

With palm trees, towering pines, and coastal vegetation surrounding the property, it is immediately apparent that guests will enjoy privacy and secluded relaxation. Upon stepping inside, a casual elegance adds to the relaxed ambiance. The open living room is bright and beachy, featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, an oversized chair that doubles as a twin pullout, two wicker chairs, a 65” flatscreen TV, and coastal décor. Large windows provide stunning views of Allen Lake, one of the rare coastal dune lakes unique to the Emerald Coast area. Nearby, another large window allows the sun to shine brightly into a dining area that features a rustic table with seating for six. A modern chandelier and wall décor complete the space.

The open floorplan flows seamlessly into a large kitchen, which includes custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a granite island with extra counter space. Three bar stools offer additional seating. All this space makes it easy to cook up a delicious meal and mix your favorite beach cocktails, which you can enjoy in the dining room or on the outdoor patio. Comfortable outdoor furnishings include two patio dining tables, a small coffee table, and seating for a total of twelve. The patio overlooks the private pool, sundeck, patio table and lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and a nautically-inspired blue sail shade. The pool is large and partially shaded, making it the perfect place to get your morning started or to relax after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Back inside, the bedrooms provide cozy sleeping quarters for vacation guests. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, walk-in closet, sunny window, large TV, and en-suite bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and separate rain shower. An additional two guest rooms are upstairs, one of which includes a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bath. Two more guest bedrooms are located downstairs. One includes a king-size bed, while the second is a bunkroom with five twin beds. Additional sleeping space is found in the form of a full-size futon in an adjacent entertainment area.

Besides providing great living space, this home in Dune Allen Beach places guests near an abundance of coastal activities. Nearby dune lakes offer recreational fun, including paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking. Guests can explore nature trails on foot or by bike. Restaurants, bars, shops, and art galleries are in close proximity. Destin and 30A beach towns are worth checking out as well.
