Modern and clean self contained 2 bedroom apartment under owners home. Cross Papamoa Beach Road and reserve and walk 1 min to fabulous white sandy surf beach of Papamoa Beach. 5 minutes walk from Papamoa Surf Club. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk to Fashion Island, local cafes, an 8 minute drive to Bayfair shopping centre, 15 min drive to Tauranga airport and Mt Maunganui. Beautiful views to Mayor and Motiti Islands. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach, surf, fish, base yourself for any events in the Tauranga/Mount/BOP area. Off street parking for one vehicle. Suitable for mature adults and families. No parties.

Maximum 4 people. Non smokers only. A surcharge of $10 per person may apply for public holiday weekends

Diana has a beautiful place. We wanted close to the beach and it’s across the road and over the dune. The kitchen had the basics and grocery stores were close. It’s clean and we slept well. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Diane was very gracious upon arrival. She tutored us on adapters and converters…..she even lent me her hair flat iron for our stay! The location is the biggest asset…….you are directly across from the beach. Our request for a later checkout was denied …….we had a very long day of travel ahead and a more relaxed morning would have been so welcomed. The mornings on the deck were so enjoyed!

With regards to your late check out, I am sorry we couldn't accommodate that request received late afternoon the day before you checked out. As discussed cleaning along with a new dishwasher being installed, plus garden maintenance were all scheduled to occur straight after your check out at 10am and I wasn't able to reschedule those things at such short notice. Hope the rest of your trip goes well.

Exceptionally clean, bright and airy rooms. Lots of pride of ownership in this property. Very well stocked - host has thought of everything a family may need while travelling, and provided lots of instructions along with a binder chock full of tips and activity suggestions. Site has washing machine and drying racks; your clothes will dry quickly and freshly on the deck. Comfortable beds and furniture. Ocean right across the road and grassy reserve; you can swim there or walk up to the more public site. Easy walking to plaza which has groceries, coffee, liquor, ice cream, and almost anything else you need.Lovely deck out front which felt private even though it is along a busy road. The road noise some parts of the day is the only thing that makes this a 9.5 instead of 10/10. It was a bit noisy during morning and dinner for sitting out. Road was quiet by bedtime, even with windows opened.

Lovely property, high quality furnishings, bedding etc, brilliant location.

Really enjoyed the property, so close to the beach. Didn't have to worry about bringing linen or towels, really comfy beds, and lovely outdoor garden. Great stay would definitely return.
