** Additional cleaning practices - we have always taken great care to provide a clean and well maintained property for your enjoyment. Due to Covid we have enhanced our cleaning procedures between stays and are also disinfecting high touch surfaces. Quality hand sanitiser, antibacterial soaps and cleaning products are supplied and contactless checkin/out is also in place. **

Quiet peaceful retreat in attractive garden setting with large mature native trees. Beautifully furnished and warm double glazed house with all new beds, comfortable leather couches that seat 7+ people (sit back and enjoy the 65" 4K QLED TV and the ultrafast broadband), separate dining room, outdoor table and chairs for six and everything you need for a pleasant stay. No lumpy mattresses or saggy sofas!

New kitchen with dishwasher. Air conditioning. Rear deck with BBQ and easy garden access catches all afternoon and evening sun, with front verandah sited for morning sun. Fully fenced flat garden at end of cul de sac with large lawn area and trampoline with safety nets. Plenty of off street parking - even room for a boat.

20 minute walk to centre of town, 5 minute walk to one set of shops, 10-15 minute walk to Rifle Range Rd shops and takeaways. Close to lake and boat ramps.

Linen and cleaning on departure are both also available for an extra charge.
Special conditions:
Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed. Minimum stay 2 nights. Longer minimum stay applies in peak holiday periods, 3 nights minimum over Wellington Anniversary, Auckland Anniversary, Waitangi, Queens Birthday and Labour Weekends, 4 nights at Easter, 5 nights between Christmas and New Year period. Premium rates may apply for special events.
