Such a lovely little spot for a little get away. Beautiful view, just removed enough to feel like a good get away but still close enough to head back into town easily. Nice and close to a number of trails and a few great activities.

Beautiful view and garden, lots of birds. We were lucky with the weather and got lots of kayaking in. The wee house is very cosy with the gas heater and has everything you need. Comfy beds. Carol is a great host!

This property was absolutely immaculate. It had all the things we needed for a stress free stay. The views from the house were out of this world. This was actually one of the best I’ve stayed in. We hired more linen coz we didn’t want to travel with that and the price for 3 of us was extremely reasonable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and hopefully will again soon. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for more. The place was so clean and cosy. Beds were comfortable with good quality linen (on request). Fully stocked kitchen and reliable appliances. The deck area with Weber BBQ was the real hit; as was the jetty and kayaks. We loved spending time in the bach and on the lake. Would love love love to come back again.

Amazing views of the lake in a classic, tidy and very comfortable little 2 bedroom bach. Amazing access down to the water walking through lovely ferns. The holiday house is equipped with everything needed for a great little NZ holiday.
