Unwind in a modern space featuring an open concept living area, contemporary furnishings, an oversized undercover terrace with a pleasant green outlook, and loads of privacy with no road noise. The property is surrounded by some of Sydney’s best bars, cafes, and restaurants. Suited for families, small groups, and couples.

The space
Whether you’re visiting for work or on holiday, our apartment is located perfectly for both. We are moments from Sydney's famous Bondi Beach, which has endless bars and great dining options, as well as plenty of transport options into the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out to cater to all of your cooking needs. Expect the basics such as a gas cooktop, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (with tablets), and toaster. All your cookware and new appliances need. There is plenty of space to have the family around the dining table for dinner or to sit back and relax on our oversized Terrace. The TV is Netflix-ready (Please login with your own account). We provide a baby cot and we prepare a sofa bed upon request.

We’ve got you covered! the apartment comes with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, high-speed wifi, clothes hangers, heating, and a dishwasher with tablets at your disposal so you don’t have to think twice about anything during your stay.

PARKING
There is metered street parking directly out front of the apartment. Free all-day / night parking is available on nearby streets.

A temporary parking permit can be obtained before your arrival for $50 per stay from Waverley Council Office (8.30 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022, or online. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.

For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.

CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS:
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every fortnight. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Australia's tropical climate means you may occasionally encounter bugs, spiders, or insects, most of which are harmless. We don't accept cancellations due to these sightings but are here to assist you if needed. To minimize pests, we regularly fumigate the property.

This apartment is a smoke-free, pet-free space.

Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not permitted.

Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition you found it.
