El apartamento tiene su propia entrada privada y las instalaciones incluyen una cocina completa con horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera con congelador. También hay una lavandería compacta que incluye lavadora y secadora.

Suite located on ground floor of owners house with private entrance. Large unit with separate bedroom (super-king-bed), fully equipped kitchen (including oven and induction hob), shower (water pressure very good) and large living room with 2 sofas & separate large dining table. Separate terrace with BBQ in nice tropical garden.Access from road a bit tricky and steep. Less suitable for very big cars.

Great location, comfortable digs, lovely hosts

Separate ground floor unit beneath owners home. Private entrance, stunning views, private garden space, comfortable bed with nice linens. Spacious lounge area, kitchen, dining room and shower room. Thoughtful touches throughout. Bron and Tref were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Peaceful environment with lots of beautiful beaches and handy to shops and restaurants, but easy 29-30 minute drive into Auckland. Loved staying here for 3 nights!

Perfect for a long stay on the north shore

Very comfortable and well equipped Kitchen has enough to prepare all meals. Grill was great. And the patio was very private and an oasis of vegetation. Close to more than 6 lovely beaches. Browns Bay offers a wide variety of dinmg and shopping optios. Milford and Takapuna

Very nice appartement with a nice view

We loved to stay there, it was very clean, Tref was always there and gave us a lot of ideas what to do. Since we suffered a bit from Jetlag we did not talk to much. We could do some nice excursions from the appartement. Parking and shopping was very easy as well.

A Great Experience

We spent 5 months in Bron and Tref's lovely apartment while we golfed through a Canadian winter. it was truly a home away from home and was exactly as shown on VRBO. Bron & Tref were the perfect hosts...very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive in any way. Truly a great experience.

Peaceful getaway

The place was immaculate, homely, private and restful, I felt so removed from the city. The hosts were lovely, the garden and views are great. There is a lovely walk to the sea and I loved watching the Tuis in the banana trees, I could walk up them. I highly recommend this place and will be returning there again on my next trip here

Perfect Stay

This is a lovely accommodation which we woudn't hesitate to recommend. It is well maintained with all facilities provided for us. Bryn and Tref were wonderful hosts being very friendly and helpful. The sliding french door opens from the lounge to a pleasant patio area with a table and chairs, ideal for a relaxing drink.

Das Objekt ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt zwar im Haus der Gastgeber, ist aber dennoch sehr privat. Einzig die "dünne" Decke ist etwas nachteilig, da man die Schritte und Gespräche der Gastgeber deutlich hört, wenn diese sich in den Räumen über der Wohnung aufhalten. Morgens liegt der Außenbereich in der Sonne, abends im Schatten. Das sorgt im Sommer für gute Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen.

Churchill by the Sea is exactly as advertised. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and respectful of privacy. Place was very clean, great location and a perfect setting for the 2 of us. Highly recommend it - would definitely return.

Lovely garden and spacious

Spent 3 nights at the property - comfy bed, spacious rooms, good kitchen and full of the basics necessary to have a very comfortable stay. The gardens are nice to walk through or just sit outside in the sun. Close by to beaches (with a walk) and other places to visit. Would happily go back again.

A lovely getaway!

Bron & Tref were excellent hosts.The property is just beautiful,theVIEW Incredible & the accommodation were just perfect. If you need to unwind and relax or just wa nt to have a walk along the cliffs or to the beach this location has it all.Near most amenities within a 5-10 minute drive and about 25 minutes to Auckland. Put this one on you list you won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant stay

Came to Auckland for a conference and the Churchill Suite was a comfortable place to rest. Great location with lots of beaches nearby. A very nice place for couples to relax. The extra touches like fresh fruit and a bottle of wine were really lovely.

Beautiful spot with sea view

Churchill Suite, was very spacious, for the three of us. Plenty of space for us to lounge, or eat-study at the table. The kitchen had everything we could need. It was the perfect spot to relax and was close to cafes to meet friends. we will be coming back here. Thanks Bron
