Thank you Sue and David you were both so lovely and welcoming, we had such a lovely stay. Was a very relaxing weekend getaway! We had a big group and there was so much space for us all and a lovely outdoor area. Will defiantly visit again!
Loved our short time in Port Waikato. House was perfect, plenty of space and nice walk to the beach. The Whitebait fritters were an absolute treat. Thanks!
Very nice property to spend a couple days at with friends. Clean with basically everything you’d need. Close to the beach and dunes for day outings. Would stay at again

Thanks Matt and friends. Appreciate that you guys were fantastic guests that left property clean and tidy even putting a load of washing on before you left. We would welcome you back anytime. Picking up glass outside was the only reason we didn't give you a 5.. ..otherwise perfect.
We had such an amazing stay. The house suited our two families with four adults and four kids with plenty of space. Heaps of toys to keep the kids occupied for the one rainy day we had and any time we weren't at the beach. Would definitely recommend!
Great house and living areas, really enjoyed, but tired beds prevented good sleep for any of us over whole 4 nights and stove top display was almost unusable. Love to come again if those issues addressed.
Great size house for our big group, comfy. Met hosts who were very nice and helped when internet was briefly out.Bunk room was a bit “dusty “ for asthma prone kids unfortunately.. no ventilation.
Me and my family had booked this awesome home for the weekend as we had a car event at hampton downs for the weeekend. Was very peacfull and such a lovely home. Just what we needed after a hard and loud day spent racing around the track. Would recomend anyone interested to stay here 100%
Great spot for a bridal party to get ready for the big day!
A perfect spot for the bridal party to get ready for the big day of celebrations. The property is well equipped and suitable for what we needed to use it for.
Easy check in & out process and the property manager was very responsive.
Thx

Thanks Donna, I'm sure your weekend was all you hoped it would be, you were so lucky with the weather as well. Thanks for choosing to stay at number 7.
We stayed here for the V8's and the place was everything we were expecting and then some. There was 4 middle aged couples and the layout was perfect for us, but would work equally as well for families. Even though it was about 25 mins out of Pukekohe it wasn't too much of an issue, even with the drive out at night. Highly recommend this place and would seriously consider staying again, but in summer to make the most of the outdoors and the beach.

Thanks Wayne, good to know the property worked for you.
Shame that was the last Puke hosting the supercars, maybe they may move to Hampton Downs next time. Would welcome you all back anytime and definitely recommend you as fantastic guests. Thanks again for choosing to stay at Number 7.
A fantastic place to stay, incredibly well-suited for families. Plenty of room and amenities, with space for young and old, whether hanging out together, or chilling by oneself. Credit must be given to the owners for their efforts in making this house a special place to stay. They have gone above and beyond, with so many wonderful touches, that there is no question we will be back to stay again. Thank you so much again.
This property is a must-stay if you want a quiet place near to a beach and reserve for a small group to relax. The locals who have little eateries (a café by the beach and a stationary food truck near the house) are friendly and welcoming with some good tasty options for snacks.
The owners were happy to accommodate requests, not that there was much we needed that wasn't already provided. 5/5 for the stay - fully furnished with all your equipment needs!
Only thought is may need a fan or two to dissipate the heat, but then it was 30+ outside!
this is a great property for extended families with number of adults. The room confirmations are great with a number of double beds. There was also facilities for those with young children.
Lots of extras - games, toys. kitchen gadgets. well thought out location.
Whitebait fitter mixture was a nice bonus, which tasted good.
We bought a group of friends down (couples) for NYE’s 2019. Large house so kitchen/barbecue perfect for groups and upstairs large accommodated board games/card games played on the first nights and then our relaxing movie night on the 1st! Situated a short drive to the beautiful black sand beach and to the dairy, but you can also walk to the beach and sand dunes also, obviously just a little bit longer. Harry & Sue were very nice to meet and super easy to deal with, and they definitely have some nice touches at the house that I’ll let you discover for yourself :) Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
Great for the quintessential kiwi beach holiday - you go to sleep to the sounds of distant waves and wake to birds. It is so peaceful and quiet! A brilliant city escape. We spent our days in Puke for a tournament, and had no problems with the stunningly beautiful drive along the mighty Waikato. House is modern and great for extended family. Comms are excellent. Sue and David are so thoughtful - it's the little things that made this place such a retreat! Water bottles in the fridge on arrival, firm and soft pillows, the whitebait fritter recipe on the wall (plus all the ingredients!!). We loved our stay, wished it had been longer and would come back in a heartbeat.
House: awesome meet and greet by the caretakers, plenty of space, awesome shower facilities - loved the outdoor shower, great selection of board games and chess game outside, nice easy walk to the beach, nice quiet street. Fantastic supply of towels/cleaning products.
Recommendations: a bigger stock pot for cooking for big numbers | better sharp knives for meal preps. | A slightly bigger freezer for food storage for big groups especially when the shops are 30 mins far away. |A broom and dust pan for daily use.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and certainly highly recommend it.
really loved that there was so much entertainment for the kids and my family to do at the house. enjoyed the piece and quite. Not impressed that my daughters car got broken into whilst there.
We had an incredible time staying at this bach. It was immaculate, very well-equipped, really spacious and so relaxing. Our family particularly enjoyed the cookies on arrival, the lovely showers and the outdoor chess. We would love to stay again!
Great place to relax and unwind with family and friends
Super tidy and well equipped, perfect for a low key holiday with our family and friends. Loads of space for kids and adults. Awesome communication from hosts
