Great by the beach

Great location, even though it was middle of winter we had glorious weather.Apartment could do with stronger heating was very cold at nite. It's a big area and very cold weather.

Lovely apartment with great outlook to the Mount and water views. Very clean and everything included except we were cold. If the heater could be upgraded to provide heat on cold days that would have made our stay perfect. Thank you

Brilliant location, right next to the Mount, beach and cafés. Room was very clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. The unit has a partial view of the sea from both windows. Only gets sun for a limited period during the day due to proximity to the Mount and adjacent buildings. My only complaint is the first two nights we're very cold. The tiny heater couldn't keep up. Still, I'd recommend it. The price was very reasonable compared to similar offerings

Perfect spot to stay at The Mount

Absolutely fabulous presentation of the apartment, with amazing views out one side to Pilot Bay, while from another side gave views to Mauao (the mountain) and the ocean.Well equipped & spotless apartment.Would totally recommend!

Great entry instructions. Perfect location, close to the beach, shops and food. We walked everywhere The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The only issue we had, there is no heating in the apartment. It got rather cool on our second night.

Everything you needed was in this lovely unit. A super comfy bed. It was nice & quiet and so handy to the beach and the Mount Hot Pools.

Not what we expected.

Our check-in was badly organized, the email from "Bookabach" was easy to understand but if you follow it by arrival, you will be surprised nothing in this email is correct the Pin for the Key box is wrong we had to get in contact with the Property Manager and she then gave us the right Pin so we could open the Box but then the email said you will find an envelope with your name on, wrong again first with the help from the Property Manager we were able to find the envelope with our Room Keys. This email needs to be urgently corrected from which side I don't know but it is annoying for the client. We went than up to our apartment which was fine but much smaller than advertised, properly only half of the advertised 74 qm this needs to be adjusted too. Then we wanted to go for a swim in the advertised pool, but we didn't find the Pool instead we found a big building side where once the Pool has been wouldn't it be nice to tell people about these small changes in the amenities. My wife found a dirty toilet bowl which we had to clean before use. On the positive side the apartment is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen items and all electrical devises and installation are functional. My advice, get your client email sorted and be honest about the apartment size and amenities it would make a big difference.RegardsBirthe and Thomas

Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay here for our girly weekend. A quick stroll into town for shopping and yummy restaurants. Would totally recommend a stay here and look forward to a return visit.The apartment was very well spec’d with attention to detail, although I found the sofa bed very firm. Thank you to our lovely hosts.

Magnificent at the Mount

Four nights at the Mount , great location, easy parking in the basement and everything we needed in the kitchen and the apartment. Great to have all the Sky sports channels.We’re planning on returning sometime.Richard

Mount magic

Pleasantly surprised at the size of the studio. Loved the view of the mount. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows. The building is well looked after and smelled so clean, even the rubbish room! Added bonus is the underground parking spot. Had a three relaxing night stay and hope to return. .

Business stay

The property had all that was needed for my stay There was a bit of road noise but not a major The fan was a bit noisy when turned on There is no aircon in the unit just the ceiling fan. Overall perfect location to the beach
