Hello. This apartment is in a gated complex. The other tenants are mainly owner occupiers and therefore it is expected to abide by the usual body corp rules. for example, the other tenants are entitled to peace and quiet therefore we hope and expect our guests to respect this.
Also, we haven't included in the cost for the heating to be on 24/7 therefore if you are going out we would appreciate you turn the heater off, and you can set the timer to have it come on shortly before your return.
