This apartment was an excellent place to stay in for a central-city Christchurch holiday. The apartment was an easy 5 minute walk to the Cathedral Square and the many food options along New Regent Street, but also very quiet, with lovely views over the green space of Latimer Square.The included carpark was close to the building entrance. Communication with the host team was excellent, with regular updates before and during our stay.We'd have no hesitation in staying here again

We enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised, spacious rooms and modern bathrooms and kitchen. The allocated parking spot makes it easy if you have a car. Location is central making it easy to walk anywhere in the city centre. Just be advised, there are two levels of stairs and no lift, but we did not find this to be a problem. Also, the main living area faces west so it can get hot in the afternoon if it’s sunny, but closing the blinds helps.

Brilliant communication with Mayie, check in and check out information was clear as crystal and Mayie was very responsive. Mayie was also reasonable and flexible in regards to the booking process. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for an extra comfortable stay. If I were to visit Christchurch again in the future I would definitely book with Mayie again. Thank you so much, the top notch accommodation added positively to our visit in Christchurch!
