Welcome to Madeira Bay Resort #1402, a bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is just 250 feet from the beach. Located on the 4th floor, this unit features an open living area with a cozy sofa, two chairs, and direct access to the private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the dishware, cookware, and utensils you need to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy them around the dining table as well as the convenient stool seating at the kitchen counter ensuring comfort for all.

You will find a comfortable master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom for your convenience. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV, making it perfect for families or friends. The unit was very clean, the view is great, location great too. The trolley can be picked up just outside the property. Management office address is not the address of the property and that did pose some confusion; should note that in the check in process for future guests.

We love the well thought out details of the stay. Definitely a good area to stay at, directly across from the beach. They provided essentials needed and good things at that. We will definitely keep them in mind for future stays!

Excellent overall stay

Definitely a great 5-star property that’s at least at nice as it looks and has great management/communication. Zero issues. Pros: everything still feels very new, clean, modern; LOTS of beach stuff, games, etc.; good amount of cleaning stuff and laundry detergent; has a nice pack and play; has both a keurig and regular coffee maker and had lots of the pods and reg coffee, packets, etc.; decent quality knife block and pans (rare); lots of convenient hanging hooks around the spaces (rare); excellent location next to John’s pass Cons/things to know: the second bedroom is a bit smaller, but perfectly fine for couple kids; maybe because it’s a managed property, it did not come with things like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. so just plan on bringing that yourself; it’s directly on the main street, so can be a bit louder at night due to loud cars and motorcycles

Fantastic location and unit

First trip down to Florida and I couldn't have been happier with how it went. The property was easy to find and check in with the front desk to obtain the parking pass took all of about 2 minutes. Once we had gotten ourselves up and settled in the unit, the family and I were pleased to find a number of items that we were able to use at the beach every day during stay. The wagon made getting back and forth from the beach infinitely easier, and having some beach "toys" for the kiddos to use was clutch.The excess amount of towels available for both the beach and for use within the unit was fantastic (even though with multiple beach trips each day we DID end up washing multiple loads of said towels to make sure we didn't have to dip into the reserves to often). And speaking of needing to do laundry, having the unit furnished with a washer and dryer was amazing. You definitely don't need to pack as much if you're able to clean what you've got while you are there! Overall the family and I loved our stay here in Madeira Beach. The unit itself, the location, the beach, all of it was a 10. We will definitely be keeping an eye on this and other units in this property for our next trip down!
