High potential property with dead poor management
We stayed at the Starfish Beach cottage between XMas and New Year and I am obliged to put this first review in Vrbo for this property to warn everyone downstream.Check-In Process - Nightmare !This is a property which has a high potential and pictures are correct. But the management firm “Golden Coast Rentals” is a nightmare and completely non-responsive. We are talking about zero response on Vrbo chat or the phone number which is provided to contact host. We didn’t even get check in information 2 hours before check-in and i had to call Vrbo customer service who in-turn called them to finally get response.Once we reach the place, we find out that the Wi-Fi code given in check in information is not working. Another rounds of calls to host and leaving messages and eventually again calling Vrbo. Basic amenities - missing !The house had 4 bathrooms but it had only 1 toilet paper roll between them !!! No paper towel roll in kitchen, no hand wash soap, no dishwasher soap, no detergent for washer, no bathing soap-shampoo-conditioner. None of bathroom have tissue or towel holder either.Pool Heater - Not working !Nice pool but it is not heated and all request to heat it were ignored. This property has potential if the management get their act together. It is walking distance from beach. The property has recently been upgraded but the housekeeping team is not doing their job. I wouldn’t recommend this property until the property mgmt figures out their job.
