Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your check‑in experience was excellent and that the apartment overall met your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the renovation works in the apartment below, particularly as the jack hammering commenced earlier than the advised 8:30am start time. We completely understand how frustrating this would have been, especially as you had thoughtfully planned your schedule around the notified hours. Please rest assured that this is not the standard we aim to uphold. We have followed this up with the relevant parties to reinforce the importance of adhering strictly to approved work hours, to help prevent a similar experience for future guests. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under more seamless circumstances. Warm regards, Armie Niche Holidays Noosa
