Not knowing the area it seemed OK. This is only 1 block away from Rapid Bus Line that connects easily with SkyTrain-easy for getting around Vancouver. Host answered any questions promptly. It is a basement suite so you need to go down a few stairs to enter. Beds were comfortable. Was a good find for a fair price. It could have used some proper coat hooks for wet jackets-tends to rain a lot and maybe another bigger door mat to accommodate wet shoes. Maybe a couple of cushions on the couch. We were comfortable would stay again.
