The inverted floor plan offers top level open concept living including a bright and beautiful spacious kitchen with newly upgraded appliances, granite countertops, a well-stocked kitchen with every conceivable need for the gourmet chef including separate ice machine. Amenities also include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 7 Smart TVs with high-speed WiFi for streaming, 6 decks, Gas Grill and outside shower. Take a beach break and enjoy relaxing afternoons alongside the community pool! The kids will love the community fishing pier and kayak launch. For your seaside needs you will find Beach chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas, bicycles, canoe, kayak, crab pots, crab nets, and games are all available. Parking for 4 vehicles.
