The Space:

Each of the three bedrooms is immaculately presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and benefits from a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also comes with a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for those with kids. You’ll refresh within a neat main bathroom, choosing from both a spa bathtub and shower, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.



Garage parking is provided for one car.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, with access to the resort's shared facilities, including a pool, gym, spa, sauna, and BBQ facilities. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

The suburb of Alexandra Headland – or “Alex” to locals – is nestled on Queensland’s spectacular Sunshine Coast. Backing onto the beach, it’s a popular spot for swimming and surfing, while pretty foreshore parks offer an idyllic spot for a picnic and BBQ. Start your day at Milk and Beans Coffee House and tuck into tacos at Juan Fifty Kitchen and Bar. Next door in Maroochydore, find excellent shopping at Sunshine Plaza and enjoy dining and nightlife along Ocean Street. Walk or ride along the Coastal Pathway from Mooloolah River taking in scenic beach views.



Getting Around:

Parking: You'll have access to one free parking spot labelled as spot 423 in the on-premises parking garage.



Airport: The airport is just a 20-minute drive away by car.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is located only 100 meters away from the property.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



IMPORTANT: Guest who will be staying more than 7 days is eligible to request cleaning with linen change for an additional amount of $207. This will be scheduled with the guests after the reservation has been confirmed and once the fee has been paid.
