Highly recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kirk's place, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Kirk was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, making sure I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy.The neighborhood was super quiet and parking was never an issue, I was always able to find a spot just steps away. The suite itself was cozy, spotless, and very peaceful – I felt completely at home the moment I walked in. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and beverages. It made me feel extra welcomed.The check-out process was refreshingly simple, which I really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay, and I will definitely be looking to return on my next visit. Highly recommend this place!

Kirk's place was perfection! I can't brag enough about it. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet and has plenty of street parking. I appreciated the motion sensor lighting leading around to the back for safety, that is a nice touch. Our check in and out process was flawless.The unit itself is spotless, I didn't see a single thing that was less than pristine. Often times, rental properties have only the bare minimum but Kirk's place has things like extra towels, blankets and pillows, as well as art, some house plants and even a few snacks and beverages to welcome us.The mud mat and bench at the door was useful during our rainy stay, and the floors in the unit were extremely clean. I travel with slippers at all times, but honestly they weren't needed here - his floor was as clean as mine at home!The beds were very comfortable, and each room has its own radiator so that temperature control can be separate for each guest. I also very much appreciated the various lamps and lighting options, I felt very cozy watching a movie at night and sipping tea in the early morning with low lights and the big screen TV. The first night I had a glitch with the Internet and Kirk responded promptly! No issues from there on.I didn't do any cooking while there, but the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Honestly everything seemed brand new! This unit has enough extras that a longer stay would have been really comfortable. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible! Thanks Kirk :)

Cleanliness top notch with comfortable beds and a quiet neighbourhood. Easy bus route downtown on R5. Nearby Shoppers Drug Mart with a food section. All very handy.

Kirk's suite was perfect and made our stay in Vancouver extra enjoyable. It was so clean and beautifully furnished with small details that made a difference. From everything being so nicely organized and labeled, to a motion sensing light above the kitchen sink that was great at night and complimentary coffee, tea, condiments and snacks in the fully furnished kitchen. Kirk was also a very friendly and responsive host! The location was perfect as we were attending an event at PNE Forum, but I would go out of my way to stay here next time I'm in Vancouver. There were some lovely coffee shops and bakeries within walking distance and as the description says, it was SO easy to get downtown and everywhere else we went from this location. Thank you, Kirk!

The location of the property is very good. Starbucks, coffee shop, bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops, parks, major byways are all within walking distance. Brand new property! Well appointed decoration and comfy, cozy feel. You will love to lounge on the sofa and watch tv on the giant tv! Clean bathroom, clean kitchen, clean front porch, and clean beds. I love this place!

The home was super clean with everything we needed! It was walking distance to a great coffee shop and a small store for necessities. It was very easy to get downtown and the water via Uber. Thanks so much for the stay and for sharing your city with us. We loved it!

We had an amazing stay! The suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home. The shower was awesome, and everything was set up to make our stay easy and relaxing, down to the treats the host left for us! We found ourselves talking about it even after we left, and compared it to our next stay quite a bit, it really set the bar high! Super clean, cozy, and convenient. We walked to our concert at PNE Coliseum! We'd definitely stay here again.

A beautifully renovated space, that was clean with lots of extras and close to amenities. I would consider using again when in Vancouver. Only negative (for me at least) was the beds were very firm.

This place is fabulous! Check-in was a breeze, the beds were so comfortable, wonderful rain shower head in the bathroom, decor is tasteful and the kitchen well-equipped. Great location with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to Playland rides. Covered patio with furniture. Was nice to sit outside in the evening. Very clean. Lovely host. Fast communication. Highly recommend.

Just as advertised

Great location for what we came to the city for. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the PNE and a very cheap Uber ride to downtown. The place was very clean and easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Vancouver.

Enjoyable stay

Kirk was a helpful and responsive host, and the suite had everything we needed. I wanted a place to stay that allowed us to easily get downtown, travel north to Squamish, and head to the ferry to see Vancouver Island - and Kirk's place was great for all of our plans.

Wonderful stay!

check in was a breeze and the location was lovely and quiet. This was the cleanest home rental I’ve have ever stayed in. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Kirk checked in at the right times and had all info available. I will definitely stay again when in the area!

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood

This property is very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It’s in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with easy access to many attractions Vancouver has to offer. Whether you drive or opt to use public transportation, getting around is very doable. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
