The Space:

Note: Maximum of 8 adults. Children must be under the age of 14 to sleep in the bunks and under the age of 12 on the top bunks. All year round.

Large Kitchen area for entertaining with open plan adults lounge and dining.

Straight onto the large, sheltered deck for alfresco dining Rokino Lake House boasts 4 large bedrooms offering a bedding configuration for up to 14 guests.



The kids can have their own space with the second kids lounge equipped with games and couches.



Back yard offers large play areas along with a spa for the enjoyment of guests.

Guest Access:

Sorry the garage is not available but there is secure storage for your bikes and lake toys



The Neighborhood:

This is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood and close to everything.



Other Things to Note:

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
