This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (1.7 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.4 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.6 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (1.2 Miles).

Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!
Parking: Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. When utilizing street parking, please ensure adherence to city and state laws.
**There is a ring doorbell camera to monitor occupancy (legal limit of 6 guests) and ensure there are no parties (which are illegal in short-term rentals in New Orleans).
**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.
**Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.
** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
**Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
