Unit B is the cozy middle unit in this classic Corona del Mar triplex—think timeless CdM charm in the heart of the neighborhood. It's your perfect little beach bungalow hideaway, super walkable and right in one of SoCal's most picturesque coastal spots.Just a quick stroll to Corona del Mar State Beach—soft golden sand, epic tide pools, dramatic rock formations, and those endless ocean views that make sunrise coffee or sunset chills feel magical. The village is steps away, too.

There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.
The bedroom is your peaceful recharge zone: comfy bed, tasteful coastal decor (think soft neutrals, breezy linens), and that serene ambiance perfect for crashing after beach days or village adventures. This is the last unit of a classic Corona Del Mar triplex. This bungalow is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that sits above the garage. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing beach retreat. It is ideal for a family vacation or romantic getaway. The property comfortably sleeps 5. One bedroom has a king bed with quality linens, and the second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is no outside space for this property. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and towels are provided at the property for your use. A separate laundry room has a free washer and dryer shared with the triplex.
