🌴 Tropical Retreat | Heated Pool + 1 Block to Siesta Key Beach

Dear Joshua, Thank you for your review and for sharing both the positive and constructive aspects of your stay. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and its location. We’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the pool during your visit. This is certainly not the standard of care we aim to provide. Our guests’ health, safety, and comfort are always our top priority. We take pool maintenance very seriously, and your feedback prompted an immediate review of Tropical Retreat’s current pool status. Our internal team has reviewed it to ensure it is clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked with necessary chemicals and supplies. Your experience is helping us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide the flawless stay you expected and deserve. Warm regards, The Cottages on the Key Team
