## Logement
Welcome to the city of lights!

I am delighted to welcome you in my beautiful Parisian apartment! You will appreciate its proximity to the metro lines 5, 7 and 10, which will take you everywhere in the city where you can visit different tourist sites.

My apartment is located on the 3rd floor without lift, can accommodate up to 2 people, and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, and another one with filters.

Located in a quiet and dynamic area, you will find nearby several shops, restaurants and bars. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

## Emplacement
The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.

Very good choice

The house isn’t big, but there is all the things you need. The position is excellent. You have 2 metro near and also some bus. The bed is comfortable and warm, but I think there is a plastic sheet under the mattress and so it was too hot during the night. The communication with the host was very clear and fast. The price is fantastic evaluating the ratio value-money. Only two little criticisms: 1) the house was clean in general, but there were some parts that require more attention (like under the bed) 2) I think that a person lives in this house, but if you decide to rent maybe it’s better to leave something empty where your guests can put their clothes Anyway, this host and the house are super recommended.

Nasty Apartment

We found the lack of cleanliness of this apartment to be unacceptable. We were scheduled to spend three nights, but only spent one. The shower floor was so filthy and many of the tiles around the drain were broken or missing. It was so gross that neither of us would set foot in it. The pictures were deceptive, conveniently omitting that part of the shower floor, showing only the corner. There were what appeared to be food crumbs on the kitchen floor and counter, and the bed sheets looked questionable. One of the pillows did not have a pillow case, only the decorative pillow sham. Carrying our luggage up 55 stairs after a long day of travel, we were too exhausted to look for alternative lodging, so we toughed it out for one night. We sent a message to our contact person, Alexandre, detailing what we had found.and received no response. The next morning we moved to a hotel.
