Villa 130 (Rose Villa) is a luxurious ocean front villa located in Tobago Plantations. The villa is surrounded by an 18 hole PGA golf course and close by to popular beaches and restaurants.

Other things to note
The villa rental includes maid service everyday between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm for household cleaning and household laundry only.

a) The swimming pool area is not fenced; one uses this area including the pool exclusively at one’s own risk.

b) The owners of Rose Villa assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for accidents, damages or injuries encountered whether it is in/by the pool or property in general.

c) It is strictly forbidden for children to visit the pool area unless accompanied by parents or guardian.

d) It is the said parents/guardian’s responsibility to take adequate safety measures to eliminate all risk in connection with visits to the pool area.
