Super clean, comfy & newly renovated apartment in a quiet street, a couple of blocks back from the harbour & rock pools. Great to have covered parking & ceiling fans, in the heat!

Great apartment

Amazing apartment but smelt like someone had a wet pet in there recently. It was a strong smell which we couldn’t get rid of. A shame because the place is awesome. Hopefully they can get rid of the odour, it is the risk you take with pet friendly properties I guess.

Hi I'm Mollie! My husband (Connor) and I are so excited to list our luxury Marr Street apartment. A little about us: We bought this property in 2022 jus before we got married, when the property market was CRAZY in NSW. Safe to say, we loved it. The location alone was one of the main reasons we bought it, thus us turning it into a holiday rental! Connor works as a Disability Support Worker and myself, am a Veterinary Nurse. We are BIG foodies and love nothing more than a refreshing swim at local beaches with our pets.

We LOVE how central our apartment is in Wollongong. Close to beautiful beaches, the harbor and fabulous clubs/restaurants.

We think our property stands out with its luxury feel, amenities, location and price. We are PET FRIENDLY and provide a Nespresso Coffee Machine for the coffee loving guests! Not only do we have an amazing beachy breeze coming through the property when the windows are open, but the natural light this property has in incredible. Perfect for families, individuals and couples.
