This 1,000 sq.ft. private suite offers a comfortable and practical space for your stay. It features one bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious living area filled with natural light, two full-size workstations, and access to a fully equipped kitchen to meet your everyday needs.

We are nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood aim to host guests looking for a peaceful retreat and a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Bedroom: Features two twin beds dressed in luxurious 100% cotton linens and a custom closet for ample storage.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower with plush spa towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hairdryer provided.

Living Room: Stay entertained with high-speed WiFi and a 55” flat-screen smart TV - HDMI cable provided. Two full-size work stations with office chairs. A twin floor mattress can be set up here for a third guest.

Ideal for guests with a car or those using Uber. Enjoy free street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
Public transit is also available—just a 12-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which offers a direct route to the Canada Line SkyTrain at Aberdeen Centre Station.

Convenient location with nearby bridges, and highway access make it a great base for exploring the city and beyond.

Due to the two-level layout, the suite may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.

Potential noise disturbances: Occassional airplanes, Thursday morning garbage pick up. Our family garage is adjacent to the suite, and occasional noise may occur when the garage door is in use. We do our best to minimize any disruptions and respect your need for quiet.

The owner's replies were always prompt and the place was very clean and tidy.We stayed for 5 nights with 3 people and the owner had prepared an extra bed for us so we could sleep comfortably.There are two bus stops within a 10-15 minute walk, the 405 and the 410, we took the 405 to the Richmond Center mall and the 410 to Aberdeen yet and then took the Skytrain to downtown. The 405 seemed to be less frequent.Overall, it was very nice, but if I had to say something, a washer and dryer would have been perfect!

Clean and spacious

Very nice spacious kitchen with gas range, on bottom level. Second level has large room (with 2 desks, and sofa). Clean and tidy. Couples should note that there are 2 SINGLE beds (no Queen or King-sized bed). Advantage of being close to airport, but that also means you WILL hear aircraft overhead. But usually quiet overnight, so we were OK.
