Host was very responsive when I sent messages and the property was very clean and felt very welcoming and comfortable. We only needed a place to stay close to the airport and arrived late, left early, but was a good sleep for the time we were there

We checked in and unloaded our luggage and looked over our room which at first glance looked very comfortable but were later surprised to find no top sheet on our bed, just a top cover. We stayed two nights and although our bedroom was a good temp. for sleeping the shared area (TV room and kitchen) were uncomfortably cold. We would have liked to have had clean washcloths provided for our second day. The shared area was tidy but could have been cleaner. The wifi provided was good. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a shared entry and parking in their driveway. The host allowed us our privacy and we met him just minutes before leaving. He seems like a very nice friendly man.

Very clean and well maintained property. Listing is accurate, the kicthen is shared, bathroom is in suite. David was helpful and excellent with communication! We would stay here again!

Shared space home…We enjoyed our stay coming in to explore Vancouver ahead of an Alaskan cruise. First time in a VRBO with shared and private room/space in host home and it was good as we really just needed a clean and comfortable place to call home for a few nights. It was that for sure and with our rental car, convenient to airport and cruise terminal as well. It was well stocked with snacks and coffee.
