This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, small groups, and special gatherings, offering elevated southerly views and over a mile of sugar sand beach with a hard sand bottom for exceptional swimming.
Relax in the bright, open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings and Brazilian walnut hardwood floors, or enjoy the bonus sleeping area on the lower level for extra guests. Step onto the elevated deck for panoramic views, soak in the hot tub, or stroll along the charming walkway to the beach.
Nestled in a wooded setting with 142 feet of private frontage, Northwoods Beach House is the perfect blend of elegance and nature, creating a vacation experience like no other.

We started this business almost 20 years ago, with the purchase of Republic Island, and added the Rapid River Lodge. We have a unique perspective, as we are both owners and property managers. We love the business and are enjoying it as it grows.
