Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom beachfront retreat! Fully air conditioned and suitable for 4 guests, this charming apartment offers direct beach access and your own private balcony. PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is on Levuka Avenue in Kings Beach, with less than 20 metres between the front of the building and the beach! Please feel free to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bulcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD. You are indeed spoiled for choice.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit, height restriction 2 meters, maximum of 1 vehicle. There is additional street parking, but this can get very busy being the beachfront.
The kitchen is has everything you need. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats 6.
The lounge room has a large smart tv for you to view your streaming services, or watch free to air channels.
We have a lovely balcony at the back end of the apartment, perfect for enjoying a beer or glass of wine with the ocean breeze in the summer.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
