Quick fall trip. This VRBO has basic amenities and was a good place to stay. I would give it a 4.5 if I could. Mattress pads could use a cleaning with each visitor or frequent replacement as they were stained. Convenient location, street noise was thought of with white noise machine and access to earplugs. Well cared for building.

Great location, clean and comfortable condo. Stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved the lighted makeup mirrors in the bathrooms! The street noise was noticeable but we were able to tune it out.

We had an enjoyable three night stay. The location was perfect for the exploring we had planned. It is on a busy city highway so it was noisy, mostly in the early morning. However, the host did provide ear plugs.We were comfortable and enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals. A couple of new fry pans is needed.I would recommend this unit.

This is a great location! Would recommend staying here, but there were a few minor issues. The property manager was not very responsive both before the stay and during the stay. The bath drain was clogged and slow when we got there, and we messaged the host when we first discovered it, requesting that someone comes to fix it while we were away. The host never responded or fixed it our whole stay, which was 3 nights. We ended up having all four guests use the other shower, which slightly defeated the purpose of getting a place with 2 full bathrooms.

Very clean and host is very responsive. The location is so close to downtown it was a short walk to the beach as will. Definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The location is very good, except it is on busy E. Front St/31. We are older, so we like to take an afternoon nap and usually go to bed early. Taking a nap and going to bed early was a challenge with the road noise. It also happened to be the start of the Cherry Festival, so there was additional traffic. Those who are younger or who don't have young children who nap and go to bed early would probably be better suited to the location.
