"Spectacular Back Yard! With so many options for entertainment, 10 of us rarely left the property. We were either in the backyard, in the game room, or hot tub: grilling or relaxing on the deck, playing bocce or corn hole (the latter we brought with us), playing old-school video games, or playing pool. There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds were comfortable. I was initially concerned about the size of the kitchen, but it was roomier than the pictures implied & supplied everything we needed." -Lisa B, September 2023

Great Place to Enjoy Big Bear

Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have been happier! The pics of the home didn't do it justice. Great place to stay. Everything a family would need/want in one place that's close to the Village. Clean and well furnished. Plan on staying there again next summer.

2026 Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We headed up to Big Bear for three nights at the end of July 2026. We had four couples three couples had one child and one couple have no children three other rooms had a king size beds one of the rooms downstairs had a queen size bed with a huge walk-in closet the house had plenty of space and the backyard was a good size for us to lounge in. The house is located closer to downtown and the marina. We rented jet skis, and a boat while we were out there highly recommend.

This is the place!

Our favorite part is all the large beds and on suite bathrooms with every room. The yard is stunning and we spend most of our time on that amazing deck. Cabin is full of amenities and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Location is great and we can't say enough about the customer service of BB Lakefront Cabins. Excellent staff that are very attentive to their guests!

First impression was how clean the place was. Every area was spotless as if it was regularly deep cleaned. We were very appreciative for that since we travel with very small kids. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in/out was seamless, no issues with any appliances or outlets, and communication with the host was friendly and prompt. We would love to stay again.

Our hosts Sophia and Kyle were great! Great communication! What a great place to stay! Our grandkids had a blast! Great sized backyard. Could use a nice sofa/sectional instead of a futon in the living room. Futon wasn’t very comfortable to relax on. We’d definitely come back and hope to do so again!

The house is in good condition. It is very clean and many amenities are provided. The game room had a nice pool table which our family enjoyed. The hot tub was very clean and hot and all the jets worked fine. The spa is also enclosed in a room off the main house which was perfect given that it was very cold outside.

Spacious Cabin with Game Room and Hot Tub

The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the pool table and arcade station were super fun, and the hot tub was relaxing. The cabin is on a quite street about 10 minutes from Snow Summit. In warmer months, the backyard and large porch would be a great hangout.

Nice Property

The property was really great and the family friendly. Communication with the property manager could have been better but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

Great location!

This property had everything you would need for a great family experience. The game room was a hit with our kids and the beautiful yard definitely stood out compared to other listings. The location is nice. Just far enough from town to keep it quiet and close enough to run in for some shopping.

Great 2023 Start

Love the property and easiness to check in, the staff was super friendly and were available at all times. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Spacious Cabin

We really like it! Enough beds and bathrooms if you are a large family. Near to the lake, village and groceries stores.
