LIVING SPACE - Comfy 900+ sq ft home with living room, TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. First bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, office nook, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the backyard. Second bedroom includes 2 XL twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV with a Blu-ray player. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with double oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - The basement-level gaming space, accessible via a separate entrance, is a true entertainment haven! Enjoy darts, Skee-Ball, pinball, air hockey, a retro gaming setup, plus Nintendo Switch and Wii consoles for endless fun. A karaoke machine is ready to bring laughter and unforgettable memories to your stay. This space also features a video library and Blu-ray player for movie nights, with wall-mounted heaters ensuring your comfort. Throughout the property, Smart TVs provide access to Hulu, Disney+, MAX, Peacock, and Apple TV+, all powered by fast WiFi. Board games and card games are also available for classic family fun. Unwind near the cozy wood-burning stove fireplace during fall and winter or stay cool under large ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room during the warmer months. Laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer. Please note: While the main house is single-story and does not require stairs, the basement-level game room is accessed separately and requires the use of stairs.

OUTDOORS - The expansive deck offers ample seating and a cozy firepit, perfect for gathering during cooler seasons. After a day on the slopes or lake, unwind and let your stress melt away in the hot tub. Enjoy memorable family dinners with the outdoor pizza oven and gas barbecue, while furry friends roam freely in the fully fenced yard. Engage in a little friendly competition with the Large outdoor wooden Jenga set or Cornhole. There is also a small chest with various outdoor games to keep younger family members entertained. These items rotate and the exact items in the picture are not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym is available as weather permits and features a Bow Flex treadmill, Bow Flex bike, and Bow Flex home gym system. Wall-mounted heaters have been added to ensure comfort. Please note: Coming this September! The gym space will be revised into a play space with activities for our younger guests to enjoy!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
