The Black Beach House is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, groups, or couples seeking a luxurious coastal escape. Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully styled bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. There is a queen sized bed, a double and two single beds. There’s also a cosy lounge area, making it a great spot for kids to unwind, play games, or watch TV.

Downstairs offers a private haven for parents or couples, with a spacious queen bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy. The modern, open-plan living and dining spaces flow seamlessly to the outdoor deck, where you can enjoy alfresco meals or simply relax with a coffee in the sea breeze.

The property includes a small garage (storage only, no parking), parking for two cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking. Guests should note there is occasionally a caravan parked in the driveway, which is not for guest use.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own
- Strictly no parties or gatherings
-We welcome one dog (by request) - a small pet fee applies. Must be hypoallergenic and at least 1 year old. Cannot be left at the home alone or allowed on any furniture.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
