Dear Guests welcome to our cozy and relaxing three bedrooms two bathrooms home which one we would like to share with you.
House is surrounded by two comfortable balconies and two large patios where you can meet your morning with a cup of coffee or to spend relaxing evening fellow travelers.

The kitchen and living room, facing the garden, opens to a large patio where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine by the cozy fireplace. The beautiful garden and backyard creek adds to the overall charm, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

Modern amenities and attractions are also just a stone's throw away.
We are conveniently located near SFU, Burnaby Mountain, Lougheed Mall, restaurants, Rocky Point Park, forests, and the ocean. Explore the wonders of nature or indulge in the vibrant city life—all within easy reach.


We are a friendly orientated couple from Europe .
Always happy to meet new people and maybe even to make new friends!
We give our guests space but we are always available when needed.
We have a suite in the basement with a completely privet entrance. We do not rent but use for ourselves.
Please make sure that you are awarded of the New Rental Regulation in Britain Columbia of Canada.

Excellent in every way. We were visiting family nearby and so spent the day and evening out. However a welcoming home to come back to. Covered decks absolutely beautiful.

Awesome setting. Clean. Very well stocked with a wide variety of kitchenware and basic supplies. Good supply of clean towels. Really enjoyed the forest setting and gardens. Would consider for a future stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our visit to the area for hockey was made even more special by having such a comfortable and relaxing place to return to each day. It also gave us the wonderful opportunity to reunite with dear friends we had missed.

We loved staying here! We were visiting Vancouver for a week and this was the perfect location! Close enough to the city, but far enough away that it didn’t feel like the big city. The neighborhood surrounding it was beautiful. Don’t miss out on the chance to visit the mountains so close by! There were so many plants it felt like we were hidden even inside the house! It was very clean and the owners below were quiet, but also very accessible if we needed anything. If you are visiting Vancouver, stay here! It was great! :)

20 days in such a beautiful BnB

I booked this place for my family who came over to Canada all the way from Korea to visit me, since I am studying here alone. My family and I stayed here for 20 days and the house was so beautiful, excellent condition, beautiful garden, and comfortable atmosphere. They offer pick up limousine service for guests who stay more than 2 weeks, we didn't know about this in advance and they thankfully dropped us off to the airport the day my family was leaving back to Korea. It was wonderful and greatful for us to stay in such a beautiful place.

This place was beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The property was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. My only complaint was that the price per day listed on VRBO was misleading. Apparently, the price changed from what was listed. This was dependent on the time of year it was rented. Otherwise, the rental process was easy.

Fantastic!

Our 6 night stay was just absolutely delightful! The patio porches are amazing with the comforts of hanging out, chatting, eating, and playing games while enjoying their backyard oasis and listening to the birds. The patio by the stream is a hidden gem that I wish we would have utilized more!The owner/hosts are so wonderful. They were gracious and helpful; wish we had more time to hang out with them and get to know their interesting backgrounds and stories.Note, the hot tub in the photos is not for guests. The property listing is quite accurate, but one might get hopeful from the pictures 8-)The hiking trails accessed within 2 blocks are delightful, with so many interweaving trails to change your perspective each time going through those beautiful woods. We never went to the top to SFU, but I imagine the views from there may be very good.Safeway is close, within walking distance for some.We highly, highly recommend their rental house. It's not for partiers or rowdy people, but if you're chill and respectful you will love this rental property!
