We booked this unit for our family spring break trip because of the waterpark. Three days before our trip we logged onto the Pecan Valley website to see that the waterpark was closed. We were super disappointed because that was the entire reason for our stay at this resort and nobody communicated to us that it had closed. When we book the condo the waterpark was open. Fortunately, we contacted this property manager who agreed to work with us to find an acceptable solution. Other than the water park being closed this is a clean, well stocked condo in a great location.
