Oregon vacation
Our experience at this lovely home was a positive one. The neighborhood is quiet. The place is clean and bigger than we expected it to be. We enjoyed sitting out on the very large and beautiful deck in the evening! Great host!

Loved it! Clean, divided up nicely for multiple guests, love the view, my favorite area in Eugene. Fully outfitted functional kitchen, a sweet neighbor cat visits the deck, great vibe and very comfortable space. One of the best places I have had the pleasure to stay-- Highly recommend!!!

Thank you Jennifer for your kind words. Your review warms my heart. I do my best to ensure the rental is as clean and comfortable as possible for my guests.Jim
Lovely quiet neighborhood near family we were visiting (be aware it’s quite hilly). Hosts were very responsive and let us adjust check-in/out times a little to accommodate baby’s nap time. Has everything you need for a great stay. The only slight negatives were yellow jackets making it hard to use the deck and the stair railing being older and therefore not baby proof.
We were in town for a friend's wedding. This location was excellent for all the wedding activities. The house was clean and comfortable. Fenced back yard was great for letting the dog out late night or early morning. A school, park and Amazon trails were a few blocks away and was excellent for dog walking. We would stay here again.

Thank you Daniel for your kind words. I am glad you and your doggos enjoyed the rental, the neighborhood and your friend's wedding.Jim
Very clean and well equipped property; pet friendly; owner was in-touch and responsive! Our only issue, not directly related to property, were the hills! We were driving a motorhome and got stuck on the hills leading up to this house. It was a two hour ordeal for us and we wished we had a heads up on the drive to the property

Thank you for your kind words. Hosting your family has been a highlight of my summer.
I apologize for the motorhome difficulty on the steep hill. I have updated the pre check-in information to advise guests with long vehicles to take the lower, less steep route up to the rental. Thank you for your feedback.
We've stayed at a lot of rental properties in Eugene with a kiddo at UofO. This one was affordable, but definitely not quite as convenient as others we've stayed at. The house is a bit dated and the window AC units definitely didn't keep up with the heat and didn't allow for us to open the windows at night to cool it down. When we arrived, it was very clean, but there was a strong Pine-Sol odor that took days to air out. Overall it was a fine place and was functional for us.
