Summary:
Kia Ora & welcome to our brand new apartment! Recently constructed in January 2025, we welcome you to experience modern comfort in this ideally located 2-bedroom gem on Queenstown Hill.
Enjoy stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains through large windows, offering breathtaking sights at every turn. Situated on a quiet street, this property offers both privacy and comfort, ensuring an unforgettable getaway.
The Space:
Our home is brand new (January 2025) and is very modern. Spacious with two generous bedrooms & two full bathrooms and a huge outdoor under cover patio deck.
The views are simply stunning. There's no other way of saying it. Gorgeous views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu.
You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the mountains and the lake as the sun rises and sets.
Relax on the large balcony after a big day out of skiing or hiking, or sit on the luxurious chairs or sofa while you sip a delicious glass of amazing local New Zealand wine.
Cooks and chefs will absolutely LOVE the very well equipped kitchen, with high quality appliances and equipment.
The apartment is perfect for skiers and hikers as there is a single car garage with space to store your equipment.
Please note: There is an external stair case which rises up one floor... so please do not book this apartment if you have mobility issues. However, if you are comfortable climbing some stairs, you will be rewarded with the beautiful views.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: A Super King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be made into a Super King Bed.
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration as seen above.
If you want to change the configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bedroom. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 per stay . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival of which pieces of baby equipment you need.
We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.
We provide an exceptionally clean home and high quality 5-star hotel grade linen and towels, along with high quality pillows for all beds.
Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking indoors.
A maximum of four guests are allowed. Ideally the guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25. Please contact us if the guest making the booking is under 25... we are still willing to consider your booking, we just want to discuss with you first.
Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment.
Please note: We have a 3 night minimum stay over the Christmas and New Year period.
