The Space:
Completed in January 2025, this brand-new home offers sleek, modern living with comfort and style. Featuring two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large covered patio deck, it’s the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Soak under the stars in your own private outdoor spa.

Take in breathtaking views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu — a stunning backdrop that shifts beautifully with the light from sunrise to sunset.
Unwind on the expansive balcony with a glass of local wine or sink into plush seating indoors and enjoy the ever-changing scenery.
The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any home cook, with premium appliances and everything you need to create delicious meals.
Ideal for skiers and hikers, the home also includes a secure single garage with ample space for your gear.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: A Super King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be made into a Super King Bed)
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration as seen above.
If you want to change the configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bedroom. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment.
There is an external stair case which rises up one floor, so please do not book this apartment if you have mobility issues. However, if you are comfortable climbing some stairs, you will be rewarded with the beautiful views.

Nestled in a charming neighbourhood on Queenstown Hill, this residence offers proximity to both Queenstown's vibrant town centre and Frankton. Situated on a serene street, it's an ideal locale for families, friends or two couples seeking peace and tranquillity amidst the excitement of Queenstown.

House Rules:
Maximum of 4 guests
Ideally at least one guest must be over the age of 25
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
